HURRICANE KATRINA!!!!!!! Her appearance was a great indication of the service that I was about to receive. Sloppy, unorganized and beyond unprofessional. I paid for a PRESTIGE bus and moments before my trip began, a bus from an unknown third party arrived. With antsy passengers, I had no choice but to take the bus that I was given. When I approached KATRINA about the error, she had nothing to say but that she didn't want to discuss it infront of everyone. So long story short...I was given a bus with no A/C, a broken bathroom, broke TV's with a dishelved bus driver that clearly didn't give a damn because he is retiring in December so you can imagine the service that he provided. The bus broke down due to low fluids and a flat tire. And when I phoned KATRINA about the situation, she refused to assist me and her passengers and refused to answer the phone for at least 3 days. She called one passenger a ignorant motherf**ker aloud on the bus in front of everyone. The list goes on. She is driving this compnay into the ground. Please don't waste your money. She's got plenty of negative reviews on other websites too...do your research before you waste your money too.
Worst Customer service ever!!!! I paid for a trip to Orlando in cash. A few days before the trip the sales person changed the depart time and the return day. i agreed. But then a friend who wanted to attend, called to confirm. the UNPROFESSIONAL sales associate told her something different than what she told me. i called her back, and with an attitude she told me plans had changed again. I told her i would not be going with her bus trip and when could i get a refund. She said she would call me on Monday while i was in Orlando to return my money. Needless to say, i was back in Decatur on Wednesday and by Friday afternoon i still did not have my money back. so now with a very bad attitude, the sales person said she was not trying to run off with my money, but would call me when the traffic went down. it was not the point of her trying to run off with my money, no matter how much the refund, its the principal of good business, of which this company has NONE. i finally received my refund at 8:30 pm on Friday after calling her repeatedly. But word of mouth is the best advertisement for a company NEVER to do business with. i ask that you pass this on to anyone who wants to go on a trip with a CUSTOMER focused bus company who knows how to treat their customers. this is definitely NOT the one.
If your are planning a trip longer than 4 hours I would not recommend this bus line. They lack the accommodations needed for traveling long distances. The TV did not work well. they advertised charging ports but they have none. Staff is friendly and professional bus is outdated.
This bus service was horrible.We had two buses going to D.C.one of the buses air conditioning went out 6 to 8 hours before arriving..The compay never apologize and try to solve the problem.We did't get a replacement until the sunday we were leaving after pleading and begging for help.The owners are unprofessional and seem to don;t care about there customers.I would never recommend this bus service to anyone.they don't need to be in service because they don't give SERVICE!!!
My company went to Virginia on Aglemoarge Service Bus line for a meeting, and we had a nice time....The driver was really great also his Secretary is wonderful, Aglemoarge Service will honor you a great rate.....My company will always use this service...
