It definitely has the quality of other Ford Fry restaurants, but it just isn't doing anything that other nearby stuff is. Decent food and drinks and ambience, but nothing really special. I say go once, but that's all you need I think. Had an onion soup and a few cocktails that were good but nothing fantastic.
pretty good experience here; food can be better! the atmosphere was nice and lively; i would recommend this.
Five stars for all categories says it all! I went there Sun, Jan. 21, 2018 with my son and his family & it was ALL GOOD! We loved the pretty red Play It Again piano outside the doors! It warmed this piano teacher's heart to see it there for children, teens, adults & seniors to play & entertain themselves others as they waited to be seated! With ❤️ & 🎶🎹 Ms. Susan
Have been to other cookout location's in Atlanta and outside of Atlanta the food at this location is subpar. Soggy burgers, flat sodas, skimped on fries, smh.. if you want a real cook out experience go to the one on Ponce.
I was racially profiled by a manager at park 10/09/2017. Me and a white guy were outside. The white guy decided to smoke weed the front of the store. Instead of asking about the smell I was told to finish my beer and leave because I was smoking weed which I wasn't. Guy didn't attempt to hear my point of view. He didnt say a word to the white man and even let him back inside the bar. I will never ever go back to park bar. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know and work with about the type of people there. It was a disgrace and I am beyond offended. He didn't even apologize the mistake on his part
We always like Hard Rock Cafe in any city we visit, and this one didn't disappoint. The decor and ambiance is what it usually is at any Hard Rock Cafe. Service was good, and the people were friendly and helpful. Food was good as usual.
The Varsity has been around for a long time and is an iconic restaurant in Atlanta. The orange drink and orange frosty are both great classics. I like the hot dogs and fries myself to eat. They also have an ice cream bar with tasty ice cream. The service is exceptionally fast; they have perfected the art of moving people quickly through the line so you never wait more than 2 minutes even when crowded. The various rooms have televisions playing: some news, some sports, etc which is a nice touch.
Great location next to Centennial Park. We loved the food so much that we went 2x. The first trip we had Ahi tuna burger. The burger was cooked and bursting with flavor. We asked to split, and the burger came out in individual baskets with their own fries. Love it when kitchen does that! The next trip we had a Cuban burger with onion rings. I love fries, so I had to add a side order of those. The Cuban burger was equally as delicious as the Ahi burger. And did I mention service is great? And draft beer is ice cold? They truly hit a homer in out of the Park Bar!
Terrible customer service. Have my order wrong three times in one week! Manager made excuses to me about how lousy his employees are, in front of his employees!!!! Gave refund. NEVER APOLOGIZED!!! THIS IS A GHETTO CHICK-FIL-A IN SERVICE AND FOOD!
Fantastic southern food. Probably about as close as you can get to an after church picnic, but with a modern and city feel. I recommend: banana pudding (I usually hate banana pudding, but this is perfectly done), smoke rib, corn bread, deviled eggs and brussel sprouts
