The staff are very helpful to usual needs. The workout room is open 24//7 and the pool area is phenomenal. I love the convenience of the elevator and the four story covered parking garage.
The new Ponce city Market was once the old Sear Roebuck company. I believe it was restored in 2013/2014 its now a mix use space (work, play live) its an absolute must see if your from here and remember what the old historic building looked like before. I especially enjoyed strolling down their modern new sleek food court. I came here for the food :P but they have many great choices, in retail stores as well..
I have never in my life spent as much time holding on a phone waiting for someone in IRS to honor me with an answer. 45 min wait is not uncommon as well as a horrendous number of recorded messages telling you where to go on the web. It is near impossible to speak with a "person". Terrible service, desperately needs U. S. Treasurer's personal attention.
Ponce City Market combines the best of food and shopping into one location and with the recent addition of "The Roof" it has now become a place to just "hang out". Parking is fairly easy and there is plenty. You can either download the app to pay or stop at one of the pay machines. The proceeds from parking also goes towards the Atlanta Beltline. There are numerous shopping options (which are a little more high end) but good shops nonetheless. When you need a break from shopping and want to grab a bite or cocktails head over to the food court with numerous options ranging from South African jerky to the popular Holeman and Finch cheeseburger.
I put in a application with these guys three yrs ago. Now they are trying to reach out to me keyword TRYING some lady name Iesha calls me each in everytime telling me she has something available for me in that she need extra information from me such as ssi award letter, id, ss card, birth certificate, in order to proceed with the process, she even sends me update letter after update letter. at least two or three times in a yr. I mean I don't understand. If she has all of this on file why would she need all these items again. Especially when my income has not changed will not change because I'am permantley disabled. In the simple fact these update letters she is sending states that I'm still interested in the property. It seems like to me this apartment building is full of bs in games. This lady says one thing then another. She cleary stated that I was next on the list at least two or three times. Once they started reaching out to me but then later they are say I have ppl in front of me
This is my new favorite spot in Atlanta.. There are endless amounts of restaurants, coffee and desserts.. They have some of the cutest boutiques and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.. I look forward to my next visit here..
Love everything about Ponce City Market. Almost every restaurant is local. It's a great place for date night, family day or just a day to shop and look around. If you live in Atlanta and have never been you must!!
If you want to live free from stress, this place is NOT for you. This place is for no one. The leasing office is about 1.5 miles away from the apartment complex, which means you have to travel whenever there is an issue with the apartment. I still travel every month to pay the rent. They made the online system but some residents are excluded from the service, which they haven't fixed for 3 months. They also haven't fixed laundry room for months. Can you imagine how we wash and dry our clothes? They don't clean the area so that there are trash all over the place. The pest control is no use because cockroahes are everywhere, especially in the kitchen and the bathroom area. All they care about is to take more money from the residents, definitely not the welfare of residents. It is extremely stressful to live in the apartment.
Hi there, My liking is a nice good place to be at, and area, for a 1 bedroom apartment. And places to stores, and nice neborhood also.
I've been at The Flats for a few months now and love everything about it. The view from my apartment is marvelous! The hallways are large as well as the apartments themselves. Everything is very well kept and the leasing office is always helpful and courteous. You can't beat the location! I never need to leave my neighborhood. Weekends are wonderful with the beltline right downstairs and during the summer you get perks like free yoga and the farmers market. They do a lot of events for the residents and all of my neighbors are super friendly. The price is the only downfall. Not only is the rent high (which is expected for this area) but you also have to pay for a monthly parking spot and trash valet on top of all your other expenses. That being said the price is worth the experience. Highly recommended.
