After 4 months of owning my 3rd fiat my check engine light came on. This at times is normal. In my last one it was on for 3 days then went away and never came back. About 2 and a half weeks ago it came on, and Is currently still on. I scheduled an appointment Monday July 24th at 3:15 PM for that following Thursday at 8:15 AM. Since my vehicle is still under warranty. I let them know i would be there Wednesday afternoon to drop off the vehicle since I worked at 5:30 am Thursday. I was told that was fine and I would get a loaner. I arrived only to be told that I wasn't put down, and after driving 2 hours to get there. There was nothing they could do. The only suggestion given were that I leave my vehicle and find a way home. The only reason I purchased my vehicle with them is because the dealership close to me are terrible. After today I no longer consider myself a repeating customer, and driving a vehicle that is not very conman and attracts a great deal of attention I am always asked my car and where I purchased it. I have sent them many people, but after todays experience that ends. I will not only never purchase a vehicle from them, I will never recommend this location.

How about a truck and Jim Ellis three months ago about it because a certified preowned I was told I get to service visit and oil change for free that's not a good first my truck brakes was making a noise so I took it in the guy told me all of the ceramic brake pads's they make noise if you wanted to change pad you could buy the brake pads are still good so I went and got another opinion on come to find out my rotaries have a groove rotaries have a groove in them so I took a picture. And call the service manager Wendy so she says send her the pictures I did then she call me back and tell me that I was towed to new pad so I left her alone today my engine light came on on my truck certified preowned talking to Jim Ellis you have this new service of visor named Jessica waters she said it would take to make a long story short she call me I said my truck was ready so I want to pick up my truck again certified preowned get there and was told it was $136
Had a great experience with the sales and finance staff. David, my salesman, was VERY quiet (unlike other car sales pros) but very thorough. They had a computer available for customers to print all the docs needed. The sales area is tiny so make an appointment- they get busy! I worked quite a bit with Deborah in Finance to get the payment I needed, the down payment I needed, and a great car. I had choices, which is rare for a buy here pay here lot! My situation was challenging and I was grateful for everyone working together to make it happen and I love my car! Came with a 2 yr warranty and haven't had to use the service center yet, but when I called because the brakes were squeaking a little the service center manager was able to look up and tell me my car came with new brakes! Terrible experience this company is unprofessional. It is is a disgrace that our own people sit here and play games with our toys and used them for their own benefit. They pretend to be mechanics and dealer but is only a junk yard for old abandon bikes they try to sell for a profit and barely work. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WARNING!!!! OR LET THEM FIX YOUR BIKE WARNING!!!!
I wish I didn't have to give a star at all. Most of positive reviews I've read speak to the service department or purchasing a new Honda. My poor experience had not been a fluke as I tried communicating via their online chat, internet sales representative, and in person with another sales rep. Each time I asked specific questions relating to a used car on their lot and fees associated with a purchase (beyond tax, tag, title fees) - the three sales reps all pushed for me to come in/come back in rather than simply answering my questions. With my work schedule being the same as their operating hours, I cannot justify taking off work if this team can't at least answer the few questions I had. My suggestion to do the bulk of discussions and address my inquiries via email or phone had been dismissed entirely, only to be told to come in for the info I sought. One of the reps repeatedly told me, "I've looked on the internet and this is the lowest price I could find" - this comment should never be relied upon as it's relative. Mileage, factory upgrade options, etc. are just a couple examples of what makes that comment one a sales rep should never say. The only site that should be referenced is Kelly Blue Book. Their pushy, high pressure sales tactic is despicable to say the least and so many dealerships have learned to do away with these practices. Buyers beware of what you would be walking into when doing business with Curry Honda: unbearable, inflexible, pushy sales team and prices well over KBB values. It's a good idea to pull KBB and Carfax information with desired car's VIN before going into any dealership to help avoid overpaying; run from dealerships like Curry Honda that only use these sources when it benefits them, preventing the buyer from benefiting as well.
We purchased a very expensive Four wheeler from Ryding Dirty Called a Banshee My 17yr son LOVVVEEEs it. Not to mention the Owner was very knowledgeable about product and protection gear. I will definitely recommend to a friend.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I bought 2 4 wheelers and a hover board 6 months ago that were in excellent condition. My kids love them, and we've had no issues wht so ever! The owner, and woman that helped me decide my items, were very pleasant and professional throughout the process of purchase..
