The worse car wash I have very experienced. Also the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I was told that a spray was would last me for at least a month. It rained 2 days later and I had water spots all over my car. When I called to ask if possibly they forgot to apply the wax the man who says he is the owner was beyond rude. I have read other reviews about Soap car wash and I am not the first customer to complain about his attitude. I hope his other customers wise up quickly. The best cure for a rude, crude abusive business owner is an empty pocket.
This is an unethical company that should investigated for nonpayment to rightful claims. Would not accept claim on broken watch band that caused watch to stop working when it fell off. Happened first time I wore it. Policy stated it covered "accidental damage."
These guys are great! They love cars, are thorough, honest and knowledgable about how to treat stains -- I've tested them a few times and they've always saved me!
Service is great but the owner(Dave) is horrible and should NOT be dealing with the public. I have been coming there for quite awhile and I love the work they do...however..for some reason today I was told by the owner(David) that my Dodge Caliber was an SUV? and he needed to charge me $4 more. I have NEVER been charged and SUV rate when coming there before and this really upset me. I wrote an email about my concerns and got the nastiest response from Dave Martino(owner) basically calling me cheap, insulting my character and basically telling me I didn't order the wash service HE thought I needed. The manager(Ryan) was great but the sadly the owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met and unfortunately would NEVER take business or direct anyone to that place ever again!
People need to know about this company and their business ethics! My husband purchased Land Rover seats last summer which they sent the wrong ones. My husband sent them back in September 2014, it is now April of 2015 and yet we do not have our full refund. The seats were over $5000, every month my husband has had to call to speak to someone which he would get the run around. Thieves!
I've purchased parts from Dave and the crew at ULC and ULR (Urban Land Rovers) for nearly 4 years now. Dave was so helpful I decided to have him do a full restoration on one of my vehicles. The work has taken a bit longer then planned but with a bit of patience the progress has been steady and the truck looks amazing today.First of all let me say how much the shop has changed in the past few years. Its gone from a small Land Cruiser Shop to one of the largest suppliers of new and used Land Rover parts in the South East.I would not hesitate to recommend ULC to anyone looking for the best in parts and vehicle sales. Call Dave (or even better email him) for some of the most knowledgeable and honest advice anywhere; 5 stars
Worst experience of my life! Owner is downright rude, unprofessional and a bully. Took my vehicle for a wash, employees took their time cleaning the inside, another car was placed in front of mine that was only being washed no problem however when the worker began to move my car in for a wash the owner jumped in another vehicle and placed ahead of mine. I questioned why my vehicle was being pushed behind, it was very hot I had been there for ALMOST 30 minutes, only two cars ahead when I pulled in and he got not only agitated but downright nasty calling me a liar I'd only been there 20 minutes, GO FIGURE 20 minutes is ALMOST 30, began to berate his worker for moving my car up and could not hold a decent conversation to answer why my car was being surpassed. At that moment with his flying profanity, poor and degrading treatment of his workers and then attempting to throw me in the mix I had enough. I got my car out of there. This guy is a poor business owner, no problem solving, no intelligent conversation and most of all a tyrant. It is a shame his workers probably need their paycheck so desperately because his treatment of them is discriminating, disgusting and inhumane. It was a very HOT day and I saw no water breaks for the workers but what was most disgusting is the way he dictated to all of his employees in front of the customers. As a business owner myself it is always important to deal with your customers in a professional manner, present yourself that way as well but more importantly practice fair treatment of your employees. I will definitely be filing a claim with the BBB and contacting the Labor board.
Not impressed with the services on my vehicle.
I brought my truck here for restoration. They took my money destroyed my truck and then said just said they don't know what happened. FRAUD is all over this garage stay away. David is a crook. Multiple law suits against him.
