Great company,.very nice and go beyond to assist customers. I was broke down in a bad neighborhood late at night and this company came when no one else would come.
I had my first and last experience with this company the other day. I got booted. I want to make it clear that I am not complaining that they did that. I admit I did not notice or adhere to the posted signage. It was far from the first time. I'm actually surprised this didn't happen to me a long time ago (ha ha ha). This happened in the Publix shopping center on North Avenue and Piedmont. I sometimes visit a park nearby, but since I'm using the lot, I ALWAYS make sure I buy something there. I thought that, along with the fact that I take a far away parking space, would make it "all good." Apparently not anymore. I am saying all this to warn people who frequent this area that you are not to leave the parking lot. Don't let this happen to you. They are really starting to crack down on this. What prompted me to write this review (and share it in as many places as I can) is that I felt I was lied to (at worst), or the communication on their part wasn't ideal (at best). The boot removal fee is $75, but I heard my boot guy quote me $55. Of course, there is a possibility that I just misheard him, but I doubt it. One tends to remember details like this very clearly when hit with an unexpected inconvenience. Either way, for "seventy-five" to be misunderstood as "fifty-five," that would mean the speaker has abysmal diction. After assuming I paid 55, I checked my credit card balance that night and saw I was charged 75. I called the number the next morning, and told my story, and the man I spoke to said "The boot removal fee is 75. No one said it was 55." I thought that wording was a little unnecessarily rude considering he wasn't there to hear the conversation. I simply said in response "Ok, they must have just told me the wrong thing" and immediately hung up, glad to have had the last word. Not wanting to just take his word for it, I did some research online and was able to confirm that 75 is the right amount. I was indeed charged correctly, so that made me feel better.Like I said, I am not complaining that they booted me. I have no problem taking my medicine and doing what I need to do to put this behind me. Just give it to me straight. Don't lie about the price, or at the very least (if he said the right number and I misheard), make sure your diction, grammar, and handwriting in the receipt are as top-notch as possible. All of the above were lacking from the attendant I dealt with. They will never do this to me again, but I hope anyone reading this who finds themselves in this situation will take all this into consideration. In theory, I like the idea of booting improperly parked vehicles and I understand why companies like this one exist, but because of what I described above, I find it hard to have any respect for this company.
Hi Public,I wanted to brag, brag and brag about AY Moving Company LLC. First of all, I am not the type that writes reviews unless a company far exceeds or miserably fails to meet my expectations. In the Case of AY Moving Company, they exceed my expectations. Here is my less than 24 hours story. I recently moved out Atlanta to the Midwest, but I went back yesterday this weekend to move my stuffs out of my Atlanta apartment. Over a month ago, I scheduled and paid up upfront a deposit to All My Sons Moving to move my stuffs on Saturday May 5. All My Sons Moving being the most unprofessional, dishonest, deceptive moving company, I resorted into call AY Moving at 5:00 pm that Saturday, May 6. Although they had already closed, the owner answered the phone. When I explained to him my situation, he first listened carefully, then offer a last minute help because I had to vacate the apartment that night. The owner of AY Moving told me to give him 15 to gather a crew and find a truck to move my stuffs. I was surprised by the promptness, sincerity, and diligence AY Moving did to help me. Not only that he listened and acted on my situation, he also comforted me. I am still at awe at how efficient AY Moving Company is. This company deserves your business more than anyone else; for the owner has demonstrated integrity, promptness, honesty, diligence and transparency. Had I known about AY Moving, I would not have gone through the painful experience I had with the dishonesty of All My Sons. AY Moving is the solution to your moving needs, people. Where the big guys fail miserably, AY succeeds exceedingly. For your next move, look no further, if you do not want to become a victim as I did. Call AY Moving Company!AY Moving: Thank you so much for your support
when i needed a tow, as this company took care of me thanks!!! great service thanks guys ask for lil jt
They do exactly as advertised, no gimmicks, prompt service and great customer appreciation. They come ready to do business.
I never leave reviews..EVER.... but this was the worse customer experience I've EVER had. The man with the grey beard, who I assume was probably the owner as well, had the most unpleasant spirit that I have come in contact with in a while. I would have felt better stranded alone, on 285, during rush hour. Sir...it's never too late to switch professions and I think he should because clearly, he is unhappy with his current job. At first, I figured "we all have a bad day" but then I researched online and see others with the similar reviews. I'm glad I'm not a nasty person because my spirit won't allow me to say what I want. Atlanta is huge..there are plenty of other services here. I'd rather wait 4 hours then to ever have "BE RIGHT THERE" come anywhere near me. They can STAY OVER THERE...
Secure Parking Enforcement LLC, wrongfully booted my car, Friday 10/27/2017 while I was in Walgreens on North Ave and Courtland, 8:40 pm to 9:14 pm. I frequent this store for prescriptions. I contacted the number that was listed on my window 470-553-3570 after being booted. Their employee / representative Dale showed up. He said that it was announced on the intercom that a black Honda Element would be booted. To be frank, the announcement likely happened while I was in the restroom and did not hear. I showed Dale my receipts and explained to him that I was a customer of Walgreens and because of that I was authorized to park on the property. I told him that we should go inside and speak to the person that made the announcement to prove that I was in the store the entire time. He refused. I smelled alcohol on his breath and he looked like he had been drinking. He could not understand or comprehend what I said and he slurred his speech when responding. He said I had to pay $75 and call the company number 404-433-1610 to dispute the charge. I tried to reason and explain again. His response was the same. I called the number to dispute, let the company know that their employee looked like he had been drinking. I told the representative told I had all the facts to show that for 34 minutes I was a customer of Walgreens, and that I was wrongfully booted. He was rude, didn’t express concern for his driver, and then said he would call me back after he spoke to Dale. I never received a call back. I had to call numerous times try to resolve. Once the representative picked up the phone he said I was not in the store when my vehicle was booted. Total BS. I tried explaining to him once again but then he hung up the phone.Secure Parking Enforcement LLC, employees, and businesses practices are unethical and unsafe. I recommend businesses to consider other boot company options. I will no longer go to this Walgreens location for fear that I may be wrongfully booted again.
The driver and the service were great and timely. Price about what I expected. No surprises. Thanks!
I needed a tow and found them online. The guy on the phone said 20 minutes. I okay but thinking no way is he gone to arrive in 20 minutes. There professionalism is on another level. He arrived in 15 minutes me and the wife really appreciate the honesty and quality. Thanks dude!
