The 5 star reviews on this site are unsubstantiated and fake. If you research this company through real review sites, you will find a substantial number of complaints. They also have many complaints filed against this name and their DBA's with government organizations, including DOT. Do your homework. Check out the BB and other sites. Read the positive reviews and you'll see all or most are fake. Read the complaints and you will see a common theme of fraud and pricing bait-and-switch.Like many, many others, I made the mistake of using this "moving company", which is, in fact, merely a cheap broker with shady practices and no concern for their victims/customers. I have gathered lots of documentation and information, and you can find a fake website that recommends them, and it forwards to their site, but it's run by the same people. There are lots of phony reviews out there. They handle your stuff poorly and rely on insurance to cover their incompetence. They rely on other similarly shady moving "companies" and truckers, all not affiliated with "Priceline Moving". By the way, you can find Priceline Moving at multiple addresses, and if you question them about that, they get very defensive. As a matter of fact, if you can reach them at all, they get defensive about any questioning of their services, their company, their total lack of commitment to scheduling, etc.In brief, they pulled a bait-and-switch where they low-balled and then tripled the charge at the end of the move. They didn't deliver a lot of our stuff. They were difficult to reach throughout the process. They made it difficult to communicate through all channels: email, texts, voice, smoke signal, whatever. They showed up hours late the first day of pickup and showed up over 7 hours late the second day - by the time they showed up it was evening - to complete the pickup. They almost never returned a phone call.For delivery, they showed up more than a week late, and were missing 25% of our stuff.
Showed up on time, loaded quickly and efficiently, unloaded just as quickly and efficiently. Nothing broken, reasonable costs.

So I must say that looking for a moving company was a scary and daunting task I felt overwhelmed and I saw so many different reviews different ways that Movers did pricing I was just so confused I really was contemplating selling all of her possessions and just buy everything brand-new to start all over again but then when I spoke to Jimmy at Priceline Moving and Storage he reassured me and made me feel comfortable enough to and trust this company to move all her possessions from one state to another. So after numerous phone calls and discussions with him I hired these movers and I'm glad I did the company came on the sign moving day on time Sherry I uniform and clean-cut the men were very polite and worked diligently throughout the day and very carefully as well they took their time but did not work slowly by any means the packing was well done they used great materials and the truck was clean and organized the price was spot on and actually I saved about $200 less. The crew lead by Carl really stellar work and they stayed in communication for the 2 Day Dr. when you're going cross-country they delivered on the specified day and time and nothing was damaged or missing no headaches no surprises just a job well done it's very seldom these days that you see Movers or any company employees that really care what these guys prove that good old-fashioned hard work in America still exist thank you Price Line

My move to Chicago couldn't go better!The driver was at my house in Miami first thing in the morning and 4 man started loading everything and pad it with bubble wrap and blankets. I asked my delivery in 10 days which was the day i got the keys to my new place.Everything went Great!

My Family had big move coming up and decided to put our names out online, boy was that mistake but we did take step back and start to research this business and boy was it scary. finally spoke to Priceline Moving and they took time to speak with me and explain all details withot being pushy. his crew got here and were equally accommodating just as craig had stated and anytime we called craig , even on sunday am once for emergency question, he was there for me which translated to very helpful movers as well and a great job
