waited for the cab about 15 mins, the driver was too nosy and rude. and he charged me 15 bucks for only 2 miles! without providing any bill.

Avoid at all cost. I reserved a taxi for 6am so I could get to the megabus at 6:40. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I called and the man told me to call the main mumber. That was the only number online. I called again and it went straight to voice mail. I started freaking out so I called again, and the same man sleepily told me that they didnt have any taxis available... So I started walking to the bus stop. Alone. In the dark. Luckily a police officer drove by 8 minutes into my walk and he kindly drove me to my bus station. Worst part about all of this is that they didn't even call. They didnt call to say they weren't coming, or to say sorry. Horrible quality service. If anything, just stay away from these people because they dont care about their customers. They just don't care.
My frustration and beef is NOT with the Toledo sight but the sight in Athens, GA. They have THE WORSE service EVER!!!!!!!! If possible please do NOT use them, if possible use some one else. When something arrives in Seattle, WA on July 28th but it is NOT delivered until Aug 5th. THREE freaking hours AFTER promised scheduled delivery time.(who calls with a 4 digit number that pops up on caller ID and NOT leave a message TWICE) Besides WASTING my vacation hours to wait for the delivery, I ended up contacting them to find out that the delivery man "spilled" some thing and had to return to the main warehouse. I was told by a rep that the delivery person was only 30 mins away and will contact me when he is on his way to my location. Mind you, when I called it was 5pm. The delivery got here 15 mins after 9pm. (THREE hours late) Had we left for a VERY late dinner, we could have missed him. (since I did NOT have time to buy groceries or walk my dog in fear of missing the delivery.) What TERRIBLE customer service. We spent almost 300 dollars for delivery to be treated like we were not valuable customers. Saia's mission is "At Saia Inc., success comes down to taking care of the people who matter most – our customers, our employees and our shareholders. The rest will take care of itself." Yet I truly believe they only take care of themselves and let the customers SCRAMBLE around looking for answers.
Called a cab for someone who needed a ride. They were very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely horrible. I reserved a taxi for a morning pickup. My driver was over 30 minutes late, and I missed my connecting shuttle as a result. These drivers have no GPS, and when I called to complain, they actually had the gall to tell me it was my fault for giving bad directions. Aside from the fact that my cabbie had the nerve to tell me that my street was made up because he couldn't find it (after I gave him directions twice), I have never before heard of it being the passenger's job to give directions. Anyone who's ever lived in a big city with a Yellow Cab or any self-respecting cab service would be horrified by this company. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told he only comes in once a week. Avoid at all costs. Oh yeah, and the best part was, when the driver showed up, horribly late and after I told him not to come because I had missed my connecting shuttle so there was no point in taking a cab, he threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't "come meet him in the parking lot."
