The experience was not pleasant and I would like to inform everyone about this business including Big Moes Furniture Outlet as well. They are very unprofessional and there was so much confusion about my purchase. To begin, I purchased furniture on October 18th from Big Moes Furniture Outlet. I arranged my purchased to be Tuesday. I received a call on Saturday saying they couldn't't deliver on Tuesday because their truck experienced issues. I informed them I had other obligations and agreed to have it delivered the next week. Be mindful that NO ONE COMMUNICATED WITH ME about their truck issues. I was called today by the gentleman that sold me the furniture and he informs me that the truck was not fixed and that it would be another 2 weeks or I could get a FULL REFUND. I chose to recieve a FULL REFUND. I made it to the store this afternoon to recieve news that I had to speak to the manager at Jordan's because the person who sold me the furniture only had been employed 4 weeks and he didn't no how to give a refund. To fast forward. Speaking to the Manger or whomever they consider themselves to be told me that I could not get a refund and that I had to cancel. Let me remind you that the cancelation fee is 30% off of what you paid! They told me that that they rented a uhaul and my furniture was on the truck. Let me mind you that I WAS NOT CONTACTED about this either and I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE CANCELATION. He goes to explain and argue with me that that I could get my full refund as mentioned on the phone and that I could either give him 30% of my total for cancellation or I could have my furniture delivered. My point is this company or companies have a LACK in professionalism, knowledge of the contact, LACK of communication, and LACK of respect of their customers. I would advise future customers or potential customers at that to spend money elsewhere and invest in better businesses.
