Don't trust these people! The only car on their lot that they have ever paid Blue Book Trade-in value or under for is the one your trying to trade, all other trade-ins before you they claim to have paid $5000 to $6000 more than what Blue Book says is a fair trade-in price!!! In other words they are trying to make $6000 + on their used cars and that doesn't include what the will make off your Trade-in! With these grossly inflated used car prices they still do the old song and dance about how you are beating them up and that they are loosing money if they take any off the top! After offering them Blue Book fair market value which was a hefty $3000 profit to the dealership they still refused to come down! The truck I was looking at was $21,000, the Kelly Blue Book price for that truck as a trade-in was $15,000, the Kelly Blue Book Fair Market Value for that truck was almost $18,000 which I was willing to pay but they insisted on putting profit before their customers by refusing to come down from the $21,000 sticker price! Buyer Beware! The sales manager was condescending, rude and in my opinion a bald face liar!
Doonie was awesome I went in told him they type of vehicle I wanted and he made it happen he never tried to get me to get a different kind of vehicle he was very nice to me and I have told my friends and family to go see him if there in the market for a new car
We came in to look for a used car to make a trade in but instead we ended up leaving with a brand new car! My dad couldn't be more proud of me for gettin a great Nissan Altima 2013! I loved the service and it was the greatest feeling ever to walk out with the keys to a brand new car and a big smile on my face! Thank you Nissan of Athens!
Ot was by far the best process we have ever had at a dealership. Claudio wad very upfront and honest the whole time. Thats what we look for. We had our minds set on a vehicle and drove it home. Very impressed with his work ethic and ability to explain to where we understood what was happening.
Believe it or not my experience with Nissan of Athens was fun from the start. I received a voice mail from Dana who told me she left an email with a video. I thought the video was going to be a commercial. To my surprise it was Dana personally introducing herself and Nissan of Athens. It was fun to hear her use my name and talk to me. Dana started a great experience. Next Mike followed up my email. I had listed exactly what I was looking for and the terms of the lease. Mike delivered exactly the vehicle I was looking for down to the last detail. More importantly he delivered on what he said he would. Mike understood the terms of the lease I wanted. I needed the bottom line roll out cost and he gave me the numbers that never changed. It’s a very easy decision to select Nissan of Athens among all the North Georgia Nissan dealerships. I had fun driving home in my electric Leaf.
Dexter and Darius are delightful. Dexter met us as we drove up but not in an overly pushy way. He just made it clear he was there to help. Because we already knew what we wanted to look at we made it easy for him. Because Dexter is still in training he requested the assistance of Darius. We were encouraged to test drive the Pathfinder. The test drive strengthened our desire to learn more. We had definite plans to go check out a couple more SUV's and were ready to leave to do this before we made a final decision, but after much, much conversation with Dexter, Darius, and the Sales Manager we took the plunge and purchased the Pathfinder. We have driven GM cars for our entire 47 years of being married so this is a "leap of faith" for us! Dealing with Alex in the finance department was not stressful. Alex seemed to want to be sure we were comfortable as we dealt with all the details. When we picked up our new Pathfinder the next day (it is one more gorgeous vehicle!) both Darius and Dexter were so very patient in answering all of our questions along with showing us all of the features and how to use them. We had requested a trailer hitch but the Pathfinder that was located does not have one. Darius assured me he is ordering one and will call as soon as it arrives. And I know he will! I can't say enough about the staff at Nissan of Athens. Darius is undoubtedly an outstanding "seasoned" employee. Though Dexter is still in training I believe he will one day excel as a salesperson. He is eager to please the customer and has a charming personality. We look forward to our relationship with Nissan of Athens and the outstanding service we feel (and hope!) the Pathfinder will give us. I give Nissan of Athens an A+!!
I came to Nissan of Athens tentatively looking for a car. I had dreaded going to the dealership, as I always feel that I am bombarded with seedy, untrustworthy salesmen. Donnie Wright was fantastic. He wasn't pushy. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking to pay. He was fantastic and I felt more than comfortable doing business with him. I will definitely recommend him to friends.
