I would not deal with this company again. They responded promtly when I had a water leak that went through the 2nd floor and the celing and floor of the first floor. They brought their equipment right over and checked the moisture levels every day. When it was sufficiently dry they removed their equipment and were paid by my insurance company. Unfortunately, after about a month, I have still not received a call back after multiple messages left for Jim Casey and John Davis for them to return to fix the large hole they cut in the ceiling and replace/refinish the floors which they said they also would do. I have my doubts as to wether they have a local office, I get a different person each time I call and it sounds like a call center. I guess they make their money on the water extraction, then disappear.
