Farmers Home Furniture

Farmer's is an old fashioned, family furnitiure store. I've purchased three items from them and couldn't be more pleased with the value, and the service, on each occassion. My wife had been looking for a dining set for two years and those she liked were well out of our price range. We had looked at all the furniture stores in Athens, and three of four in Atlanta. We had gotten to know, "Mike," one of the nicest salesmen we have ever encountered. Finally, we found a set that would meet our needs, although it was a bit of a stretch on our budget. Mike knew this and although he could have sold the set at the price that was marked, he told us that a sale was scheduled to begin the following Saturday, and he thought there was a good chance the table and chairs would be included. Saturday came and that set was not marked down. Mike went to the general manager and was able to have 20% taken off what was the already good price for a dining room set of that quality. We'll be back.

I have previously finances furniture from this company(Athens Ga.). There is a refreshing change that has taken place. I must say,"It seems the people who are running this location is doing something different." It is not going unnotice. Thanks!

Do not purchase from this company. They sell cheap products and don't stand behind the warranty. Horrible!

Very unprofessional. Some of the workers call your house at any time of morning and nights. They leave rude message on your phone. Like "you need to be coming in." Once I'm finish with them. I will never go back to them. I will report them to B.B.B.. Harasment on payment. And never keep their word on agreement on the day of payment. They always changing policy. They never notify you on change of policy. This one in Athens,Ga. is poor on customer services, relating to people, and etc,. They have their favorite who they easy with.
