Dexter and Darius are delightful. Dexter met us as we drove up but not in an overly pushy way. He just made it clear he was there to help. Because we already knew what we wanted to look at we made it easy for him. Because Dexter is still in training he requested the assistance of Darius. We were encouraged to test drive the Pathfinder. The test drive strengthened our desire to learn more. We had definite plans to go check out a couple more SUV's and were ready to leave to do this before we made a final decision, but after much, much conversation with Dexter, Darius, and the Sales Manager we took the plunge and purchased the Pathfinder. We have driven GM cars for our entire 47 years of being married so this is a "leap of faith" for us! Dealing with Alex in the finance department was not stressful. Alex seemed to want to be sure we were comfortable as we dealt with all the details. When we picked up our new Pathfinder the next day (it is one more gorgeous vehicle!) both Darius and Dexter were so very patient in answering all of our questions along with showing us all of the features and how to use them. We had requested a trailer hitch but the Pathfinder that was located does not have one. Darius assured me he is ordering one and will call as soon as it arrives. And I know he will! I can't say enough about the staff at Nissan of Athens. Darius is undoubtedly an outstanding "seasoned" employee. Though Dexter is still in training I believe he will one day excel as a salesperson. He is eager to please the customer and has a charming personality. We look forward to our relationship with Nissan of Athens and the outstanding service we feel (and hope!) the Pathfinder will give us. I give Nissan of Athens an A+!!
First of all Dexter was very professional in his approach when I initially entered the dealership by introducing himself. His willingness to help me in my vist to Athens Nissan was sincere. Although he told me that his tenure at the dealership was not that long, he carried himself very well throughout the process. He made all attempts to ensure that my best interest was priority one. He was very efficient and patient as I was there at the dealership driving several vehicles before my final selection of a 2013 Nissan Rogue. It was Dexter that actually found me the vehicle of choice with the extras that I was looking for. My overall experience was very warm, inviting and professional. Bruce Doss was able to answer any questions when presented. William the Sales Manager and Alex Finance Manager were also proficient throughout the process. I am referring more people to sacrifice and take the drive to Athens Nissan.
Believe it or not my experience with Nissan of Athens was fun from the start. I received a voice mail from Dana who told me she left an email with a video. I thought the video was going to be a commercial. To my surprise it was Dana personally introducing herself and Nissan of Athens. It was fun to hear her use my name and talk to me. Dana started a great experience. Next Mike followed up my email. I had listed exactly what I was looking for and the terms of the lease. Mike delivered exactly the vehicle I was looking for down to the last detail. More importantly he delivered on what he said he would. Mike understood the terms of the lease I wanted. I needed the bottom line roll out cost and he gave me the numbers that never changed. It’s a very easy decision to select Nissan of Athens among all the North Georgia Nissan dealerships. I had fun driving home in my electric Leaf.
I found the car I was interested in through the internet. My initial contact was with Dana who was very pleasant and quick to respond to emails. After arrangements were made, I was supposed to drive down to pick up the car one Saturday. While I was on my way, the dealership called. They had accidently loaned the car out and it wouldn't be back for a couple of days. After apologizing profusely, they offered to bring me the car two days later (90 miles one way). Sure enough, the following Monday, Mr. Bush delivered the car. He was very pleasant and right on time, even gave me twenty dollars to refill the gas tank. (He offered to go refill it himself but I told him not to bother.)All in all, it was a very easy, straight-forward experience and I would recommend Nissan of Athens to others.
Excellent service. The staff was very helpful throughout the process. Our salesperson was Donnie Wright who was exceptionally helpful. New car shopping can be very daunting and frustrating. But at Nissan of Athens we felt we were getting exactly want we wanted and at the right price. The staff explained everything in detail and made our car shopping experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend Nissan of Athens (especially Donnie Wright) to anyone who is seriously thinking about buying a car.
I came to the dealership to test drive a vehicle & ultimately purchased it. My salesperson was very helpful. My only concern was that I should have received 2 intelligent keys but only 1 was available. A second key never was located, requiring that I return for an 1.5 hour service call while a second key was programmed. I was unhappy about the return trip so soon after purchasing the car. It leaves some questions in my mind about the service I'll receive in the future.
Mark Preston is a rare find in the auto repair & sales industry. Between his soft-spoken frankeness coupled w/industry knowledge, I doubt you'll any that compare. Why just today, while PU another vehicle in for routine maintenance, in less than 5 minutes he diagnosed and repaired a Check Engine issue on my Highlander. Further, he's brokered vehicle purchases for us that, as our large family evolves, keeps us coming back for more! Check w/him before you go anywhere else.
I came to Nissan of Athens tentatively looking for a car. I had dreaded going to the dealership, as I always feel that I am bombarded with seedy, untrustworthy salesmen. Donnie Wright was fantastic. He wasn't pushy. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking to pay. He was fantastic and I felt more than comfortable doing business with him. I will definitely recommend him to friends.
I've been taking my 2002 Ford to Brian for years, and have always been satisfied. My car currently has 285,000 miles on it and everything works well. Runs smoothly and is reliable. Because Brian is thorough, it's not the fastest service. You can't expect a 20 oil change. BUT your car and your wallet will be well treated and you'll have peace of mind knowing that your car was fixed/maintained correctly.
We came in to look for a used car to make a trade in but instead we ended up leaving with a brand new car! My dad couldn't be more proud of me for gettin a great Nissan Altima 2013!
