Want to be ignored by your apartment management? Want to be constantly disrespected by the staff of the complex where you've chosen to live? Want to be crammed onto a tiny shuttle bus every morning with about 30 of your not-so-closest friends? Then look no further than the Exchange at Athens! At this astonishingly miserable apartment complex, you will witness some of the most extraordinary behavior of your lifetime-- managers who ignore problems rather than solving them, residents who seem to never need sleep (amazing!) and staff who could quite literally not care less about you! BUT WAIT! There's more! Want internet? Sorry! It never works! Want to ask for a maintenance repair? YOU GUESSED IT--NO WAY! Want to ride the bus to school? Oops! The bus only has room for about 30 people! Want to sleep sometimes? Nope! Everyone else wants to make noise instead! YOU can be the lucky recipient of this lifestyle, but only if you're willing to pay about a hundred bucks more a month than most average Athens apartments! SPECIAL BONUS! Any time you have the misfortune to interact with the staff here, you are guaranteed to be treated with the utmost disrespect, or (if you're lucky) indifference! So why wait?? Throw your money away here, and you too can regret it forever!
I am a renter and I'm still waiting for things to be fixed in my place.moved in in March.
The apartment manager is disorganized. I placed an application at this apartment community and was informed that I would receive a response in three business days. However, it has been almost a week and still no response. In addition, I have read another review that the apartment management is unresponsive to the tenant's service requests. I think that it has worked out for the best that I did not get a response, because I would be upset and probably in court with them if they never fixed anything.
