We run into a customer like Jace about every two or three years. Every motorcycle shop does. Anybody who wants to know the real story behind him and his bike feel free to call me at 256-232-2160 and we'll be glad to elaborate. Or you can talk to our MANY customers who won't go anywhere else!RonOwner Barely Legal Bikes
First off, no disrespect to the owner because I only took my bike there because my co-workers said that he was a great guy, however, my experience with the shop was horrible. I had my bike a total of a week and a half and it was busting up so i took it to the shop. I rode the bike to the shop and initially the owner and one of the mechanics didnt think there was much of a problem. So....a week goes by i call to check and all was said was it's on the list. Another week goes by and they say theres alot of problems blah blah blah. On the third week i took my new exhaust up there and it hadn't been touched since. "Ron", the owner, had not bothered to order any parts for my bike, he really didnt know anything about the bike he was a straight up jackass to me and a horrible businessman one of the mechanics that wasnt even working on my bike talked to me and let me know what was wrong. I am not saying Ron is a bad guy but if he treated everyone the way he treated me he wouldnt have a shop very long. i picked the bike up today all tore apart. my experience was horrible but i guess that is what happens when an alcoholic runs a business.
