Netta was rude. Pushed my husband and i into a sale of a truck, had it not even a month, and cylinder 2 sank. The truck was useless. We gave the truck back, Steve, the owner, was generous enough to refund the money to us that we put into it. As months went on, when we would see either steve or netta, it was fine. Always on good terms. Today, 8/7/15 my husband & i walk into guarantee auto group, (8 months later) to be greeted by a sales guy in his early thirties, say "uhh im kinda in the middle of something,(sitting at a computer) did you need help"? My husband kindly replied, yeah we want to see the chevy truck out there.?" He replies "netta still has a bad taste in her mouth and refuses to serve you guys". Now mind you, we had cash. Think what you want, it is what it is, im not one to put an individual down or a business of that matter, but this is ridiculous. Netta is a poor business woman, un-professional & rude. I Do NOT recommend this place. & if you must, just avoid "Netta".

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HUFFMAN AUTO!!!!!!!!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I BOUGHT MY CAR AND THEN 10 MINUTES LATER THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. HE GAVE ME 3 OPTIONS, TO FIX MY CAR AND ADD A 5 YR 100,000 MILE WARRANTY ON TOP OF IT, REVERSE THE ENTIRE DEAL, OR PUT ME IN ANOTHER CAR OFF THE LOT. I CHOSE OPTION 1. SO HE PUT ME IN A AWFUL LOANER THAT ALSO HAD THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP NOW FOR 2 MONTHS AND APPARENTLY MY CAR NEEDS MAJOR ENGINE WORK. RAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP HAD ME SIGN THE 100,000 MILE WARRANTY AGREEMENT. BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT SINCE IT HAD A PRE-EXISTING PROBLEM THAT THEY CAN NOT INSURE IT. SO RAY PAID FOR IS PAYING FOR IT OUT OF POCKET AND TOLD ME THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE A WARRANTY TO GIVE ME, WHEN THE ONLY REASON I CHOSE OPTION 1 WAS BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY HE WAS THROWING ON TOP OF IT. SO NOT ONLY HAVE A BEEN PAYING A MONTHLY PAYMENT ON A VEHICLE I DONT HAVE BUT NOW THERE IS NO WARRANTY WHEN I CLEARLY SIGNED AN AGREEMENT FOR ONE!! DO NOT GO THERE. PERIOD!
This is a horrible place to purchase a used car from. I have had my car for about 2 months and it breaks down with a 589$ problem. I didnt even get to enjoy the car for half a year before it broke down. A general contractor specializes in seeing a home remodel or repair project through from start to finish.
