        As a AAA Premier member, I called AAA to advise them I needed a tow from my work (Astoria to Long Island). My car was drive-able, but didn't want to take the chance in damaging it more (front driver's side suspension). AAA allows an hour, at least, for a response from the tow company, possibly more if you need a flat bed tow, like I needed. AAA stated 123 Towing would respond. I waited approximately an hour and a half. I received a call from their driver, Sean, that he was 5 minutes out. My car is a show car with an air bag system, so it is lowered with the ability to be raised about 2 inches above stock height. Sean took his time and ensured a smooth and safe process onto the flat bed. I rode with him back to my residence. It was a pleasurable ride, as we held a nice conversation. Sean is a professional and cares about his service. Definitely impressed with the whole transaction. As a AAA Premier member, there was no cost for the service. If you need a tow, ask for Sean.
