This business is a small family run establishment that tries to help save you on money. When they make a mistake, they do their best to rectify it. I run a school store and we always have issues getting items in, but they are upfront about that. Single issue items always take more time to arrive from the vendor. They are at the whim of the vendors who ship their items. They don't charge art fees and work great with small groups. I woudl recommend this company time and time again but also say - if you want cheap go to walmart. Customized items take time, Be patient and realize it's a small local company you are supporting.

Absolutely horrible service... I beleive they get overwhelmed and can not help the customers out like they should. Our organization has been getting shirts from them the past two seasons and they screw the order up each season tremendously. The lack of communication is horrible also, I recommend pay the extra dollar and go to another vendor for your service.

My kids school was set up where you can only order the uniform from this business. The customer service was great but the management here was awful. I had two situations that required me to speak the manager and each time his attitude was uncalled for. I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO THIS BUSINESS. EVER!!



Don't bother! We are a small ...

Don't bother! We are a small group who places an order nice a year, after two screwed orders that won't happen again. This year when the order was placed I had to add one additional piece the very next day, the girl told me noroblem they would take care of it. They never called when the original order was done, so after a month (they were on vacation the week after I placed my order) I called them to see if it was done and was told yes it had been done for a while. When Iicked the order up, the additional shirt was not in the order, when Imbrought this to their attention, I was told it would be 7-10 days, for one shirt! After I went back and picked up the second shirt I was advised by someone in our group that the sweatshirt they ordered was missing the graphic on the back. Unfortunately it is now several months after the placement of the original order, but I called anyway. The owner very unkindly pointed out that it was several months ago, to,which I pointed out their lack of contact when the order was completed. The man actually stated he knew they had called, thereby calling me a liar. After a rather heated discussion, he agree to let it go. I will never place anger order with this company again, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and I do not appreciate being called a liar by someone whose business I was patronizing.



I have placed about 20 orders ...

I have placed about 20 orders with them over the last 4 years. Most orders are filled in about 2-3 weeks. They do not charge an artwork setup fee, which is really nice. It would be nicer if they were filled sooner, but the artwork/designs come out so nice - we have gotten some really great shirts/sweatshirts from them that our players love.

Terrible Mangement

I have visted this store several times. The customer service is great but the customer service is awful. I had ordered a sweater that took over 5months to get it. By the time I recieved it it summer time and I could not get a refund. I spoke directly to the manager and he said no refund. I will never shop here again.



I ordered T-Shirts to advertis...

I ordered T-Shirts to advertise my company last year. Upon receiving my T-Shirts, 3 out of the 25 I ordered were misprinted. After calling the store and receiving no response back, I went to the store to speak to the owner and was greeted with a defensive attitude. He told me to bring the shirts back to him and he would replace them but the new shirts would not be ready until his family got back from vacation. Later last year I decided that I would like to order sweatshirts to give out at events for the up coming fall and winter seasons. So I paid for and ordered my sweatshirts, After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I went back to the store and as soon as I walked in the owner screamed from the back of the store: "They are not ready, I haven't even started them yet!" Needless to say I was upset and asked for a FULL refund. I received my refund but I will never do business with them again. They are over priced nasty and really don't care about their customers at all.



Order Never Filled

Last year I ordered "Dirty Buck" shoes for my son on August 1st. I was told it would be about a week and that I would be called when my order arrived (size 2 1/2). August 10th, no call, so I called them. They stated that the order arrived, but the shoes were not in there. They said the shoes would definitely be in the following order. August 20th, no shoes. I talked to the owner (a man, I can't remember his name). He was polite and assured me that my son's shoes would be in the next order (by August 30th). I told him, that they had to be in there because he was started school the week after that. He again assured me...screw me once shame on you...screw me twice shame on me!!!! SHOES NEVER NEVER arrived. Man who assured me that my shoes would be in, shrugged his shoulders and said, "Our next order will be in next week. I can call the company to make sure they send a 2 1/2." WHAT, WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THAT BEFORE!!!!! Went to Baltimore Pike Shoes, and they had 10 pairs!!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Their uniforms are great, but don't get your shoes there. Also, Baltimore Pike Shoes offers 10% discount for certain private schools (like 50 of them) and a portion goes right to your school.

My daughter has been a student at St. Paul School in wilmington since she started pre-school. She is entering 6th grade this year and every year I have visted the Start Army Navy store for uniform. I know I can wait until they come to the school and take the order, but the customer service that I get in the store it truly wonderful. It may be a small establishment but the service is worth the trip! That whole team is kind and courteous..... Give new meaning to full service.
