Not happy with this place at all, bait and switch, They advertise one price on their website, another price when you get to their business.I called made appointment confirmed that had the Versa S, for the same price they advertise on their website, drive there from from my house 4 miles, 5 minutes.No they don't have that particular Versa, nor do they have any of the Versa's listed on their website, all must have sold before I drove the 4 miles, 5 minutes.Now seeing, I drove there and showed them their ad, which amazingly no one knew about they would sell me similar car, for similar price, ummm OK, I have seen this bait and switch before, but let's see what they do.The price is not even close to advertise price, I have no doubt the vehicle they showed, me was in fact the same one on their website, just $3000 more.I left, yes they tried to feed me more bs, I thanked them, I was already full of their bs,Went to Glockner Ford south point, bought a new Ford Fiesta for advertised price which was $3000 less than the Versa S, Bill Cole tried to sell me.I am done with Bill Switch and Bait Cole.

I took my friend there who's older and wanted some assistance with purchasing a car, so I'm writing on her behalf. The salesperson tiffany was amazing, the car is nice, but that's where the good part ends. After she agreed on a price, she went alone to the dealership to pick it up and sign papers. She agreed to an extended warranty and GAP insurance. When she got home and wanted to see the terms of her warranty, she first page of the agreement was missing. After looking at it all, i noticed page 1 of several groups of documents was missing. She decided to cancel the GAP and warranty, so we called and told them. We went back 3 days later and the financial person (nick Carter) would not recontract. He said she could get reimbursed but it would come off the end of the loan and her payments would not be lower. After speaking to another Nissan dealership, I found out that this was not the norm. Also, when asked about page 1 of the warranty which showed the years/mileage terms, Mr Carter stated it was not their policy to give customers a copy of the first page. This is the page where you actually sign for the terms, and she was refused a copy. We emailed the manager and she did even receive a call from him. Needless to say this is a poor way to do business and we will not be returning to that dealership. It's a shame the financial dept can ruin it for the sales dept, but we will be going to another Nissan dealer next time.
BUYER BEWARE. MY 70 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN LAW, PAYED CASH FOR A 2006 FORD BOX TRUCK THIS PAST FRIDAY AND IT IS ALREADY BROKE DOWN AND SHE HAS NO MONEY TO GET IT FIXED. SUCKS BECAUSE A NICE GUY THE OWNER . BUT USED CAR SALE AT ITS BEST I GUESS. ALL I KNOW IS WE CALLED HIM AND HE DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO HELP WITH REPAIRS. THE OLD AS IS SPEECH. IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU ,DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. HOPEFULLY HE CHANGES HIS MIND BECAUSE THIS WONT BE LAST REVIEW WE GIVE THIS PLACE.
Owner is rude & unwillingly to help. Mart literally avoided me by driving off on 2 separate occassions leaving me in the parking lot. Refused to take a Payment then repossed my car. Cannot sale cars on weekend's or take payments because salesmen have not been trained in that department. Unwillingly to admit their crooked business ways.
Had some break work done on my car,after many different estimates I called Winners Circle.The men working at winners Circle in Ashland,Ky are very professional-friendly-HONEST above all. Best experience Ive had as far as waiting on car to be fixed. I recommend Winners Circle when your car is broken-they'll do you right.
I wouldn't recommend anybody going here i bought a new edgetruck off them last year and thought that they was really nice people. So they get this car in I've always wanted so i buy it witch puts me at over $70000 in the last few years so get it find out its been wrecked try to take it back and they basically told me i was screwed because there not taking it back because their it nothing i can do.
The salesmen and a manager lied to me. Hit my credit 4 times on a soft pull. Liars and high pressure. I was even committed to buying and didn't give them permission to pull a hard inquiry on my credit and then they pulled 4. I will never go back again. Watch out for sleazy tactics!!! I would rate a zero if I could.
While choosing a car, they didn't push us toward a model, price, or new vs used. They made it clear their primary interest was keeping return business, as we have purchased from their dealerships in the past. We took our time (3 months), yet they didn't call every week and still the guy we dealt with remembered us when we returned every 3-5 weeks. Every department was great, and the owners bought us lunch while we waited for the tags, mats, etc installed.
Excellent service and sales people. No high pressure sales techniques. The vehicles sell themselves! Highly recommended!!!
Don't buy a car there! They told me it had Bluetooth audio like I wanted and it didn't! Don't buy a car there!
