Took my girlfriend and little brother there to bowl and after 4 games they shut off our lane. We didn't cause a scene we were just having a nice family day for my brothers bday and after they shut off the lane the guy said we had to pay before bowling again. I left not initially wanting to say anything and got more and more upset. I called back to let the guy know how I felt and he said he just had a "gut feeling" to charge me at that point and didn't try to comfort me or tell me it was a company policy. He made the decision based off a discriminatory gut feeling, in which we provoked no reason for him to feel us to be a problem. I had planned to bowl more and show my brother to a good time but after the way we were dealt with I felt unwelcome. They say they are family friendly place of business but I guess only have one family discounted day. Spent a bunch of money and was made to feel like a delinquent or something. I usually bowl at strike zone in Huntington and they have actual family discounted prices and don't discriminate based off of "gut feelings"
