At first i loved the place .everyone was friendly ..Untilvi actually started service with them ..Now multiple i have went to pay my bill the day its due and my services still get cut off .. I think its absurd that i make sure i make my payments.. preventing that the services get cut..If they could do a little better maybe ill give them a better rating.
Do NOT take your phone to be repaired here. Not only did they break the replacement screen they were trying to put on, they cracked the camera on the back of my iphone 5. Told me it was already cracked when they took screen off. BS! The second replacement screen worked for 48 hrs from the time they put it on. You have been warned. It won't let me leave a negative rating or I would.
Customer Associate Ashley, at the Tunnel Rd. store, switched me from the unlimited data plan I was on. to a 2G plan against my wishes and then lied about doing so, I was told by a previous assiate that they would push me to switch but not to let them. At the end of the transaction I asked again, just to clarify that I was still on the unlimited plan, and she assured me that I was. I find out later online that I had been switched. Verizon sales associates are pushed to get customers out of unlimited plans and get a bonus when they do. The 2G plan, which is their lowest costs more than the unlimited plan Ihad. So why would I switch? Shame on you Verizon, and shame on you, Ashley for lying.
