I have been waiting over 2 months to have my dishwasher repaired by these tools. First they had to order parts, but didn't bother putting my info with the order so they say there for 30 days. Then they said the parts weren't really ordered and had to order them. Hmmm? Where's the truth? Had three appointments for them to come repair it in the last 2 weeks and every single time they are a NO SHOW with no courtesy call. This place is a joke!! Go somewhere else!!
In regard to our dealings with Haynes Heating and Cooling, we once considered the company to be reputable and reliable. I would not recommend the business at this time due to substandard service and inflated charges. Initially we had our heating/cooling system replaced approximately 18-24 months ago. The outdoor unit was defective and made loud noises immediately after installation. A technician came out to repair the unit and stated that he would be coming back in the a few months to check the compressor and neglected to do so. Several months later, the unit failed to work and the technician came back out at that time and did the repairs at no charge, since it was their error. We did have the inconvenience of several days without a functioning heating/cooling system. Recently we had another issue to arise with the unit and once again a technician serviced the system. The fee that was charged was excessive in comparison to the minimal work that was needed. Lastly, my husband is employed at a location in Arden. The company hired Haynes Heating and Cooling to do repairs/maintenance on the three fans at their warehouse. After the initial servicing was accomplished, the technician was supposed to return and adjust the belts on the fans. To date, he has not returned and the fans are non-functional. Our recent experience with the company has been rather disappointing and the excessive charges unacceptable. I would not recommend them at this time. .
These people say they offer a 30-day warranty but fail to mention that this warranty does not include refunds, so when something quits working after 14 days you are responsible for having it hauled back to them and then having to haul it back home so that it might work for another 14 days and then your warranty is dead. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!!!
