I had an unexpected family emergency yesterday and was in desperate need of a new car. Mi chose Kia because of their warranty and great ratings online. I had some challenged credit, due to a layoff a few years ago. I needed a new car with no money down and I needed it now. Tim Cousins was my sales rep. I explained my situation and he went right to work for me. Within an hour or so he called me and said come and get my new car. They got me financed, found the car I wanted, and had it delivered to the dealership within 24 hours. Now I know that this may be normal things that they do for everyone, but you know it made my day and it helped my family out tremendously. The finance manager was excellent. Went over eventing in detail and ensured that I knew what the rates were on the loan. It was a high interest rate, as expected, but they still got me a loaded Kia Rio5, 2012, and payments in my price range. The finance manger also showed me how to get the interest down on the loan in February when I get my annual bonus. With this information I can lower my payment by almost $200 and drop my interest over 10 pts. I recently purchased a new FJ Cruiser from Jim Barkley Toyota. I have wanted a FJ Cruiser for some time and had my eye on the exact one I purchased for a while. In purchasing the Cruiser, I felt that I received a fair trade in value for my Tundra and paid a fair price for the FJ. It was what i expected because I had purchased my used Sequoia from this dealership last year. They gave me a fair trade price and purchase price then and I feel like they did so again on my recent purchase of the FJ. Everyone in the new car department was very helpful and friendly. Lori sold me the FJ and was great to deal with. The finance person Kathy was very friendly and explained all of the paperwork to me. One of the other sales managers Eric took time to show me how how everything worked on the FJ because Lori was tied up with another client. It seems to me that the staff at this dealership work very well together as a team. I would recommend this dealership because of the great experience I had there.
I don't know what happened to these guys. We got a couple of repairs done there. They were courteous, professional and the repairs were done well. We recently went back again and the car sat for a week without anyone looking at it. Whenever we would call about the status of repairs, we would be told they were planning to look at it the next day and then the next day and so on and so forth. Finally we had to pay to have the car towed to another mechanic .... $83. Within 15 minutes of having the car, the other mechanic diagnosed the problem and gave us a solution. So, as I said, I don't know what happened to them.
There is nothing like having a mechanic that you trust. These guys took good care of me, fixing all of my car issues quickly and professionally. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and they came in way under what I had budgeted to get everything fixed. Everyone was friendly, on the phone and in person. I'll keep going back as long as I own my Honda.
I brought in my 2009 Honda CRV because I was hearing a weird humming noise. They took at least 30 minutes analyzing the problem, then told me there was a minor rust issue (I'm from the north) that wasn't anything I needed to worry about. When I asked for my bill, I was told that there was no charge. This is a business you can trust!
I am completely clueless when it comes to finding car batteries and the guys here were so polite and helped me get a new battery for my car and even replaced it for me right in the parking lot! Definitely will be coming back here if I need anything else for my car!
The muffler fell off my car a few weeks ago the guys at Exhaust Specialty welded the muffler back on for no charge, which I only get paid every two weeks this was so nice of them to do that! I plan on getting the whole system fix and I will be going back to them!
had a wonderful experience with salesman John Miller. He was a professional from start to finish. Not real thrilled with finance manager Tony. Would buy again simply because John was such a joy. Great guy!!
