Great gym. I usually prefer to put my money in the local gyms, however the price is acceptable, facilities are clean, plenty of good classes and machines; everything you need in a gym. People here are very nice and knowledgeable for the most part. Recommended.

Bad customer service. Join any other gym but this one, they will take money out of your account even after you cancel your membership and refuse to refund it. Some of the worst customer service I have seen.
This gym is so awesome! The staff is very helpful. The facility is clean and ypu don't have to wait on machines. They are always available.
Do NOT sign a contract with Golds Gym. I was once a Rush member but when they sold to Golds I had moved away. I called to cancel and every time I asked to cancel they put me on hold and either never answered or sent me to a voicemail. Finally I got in touch with a store manager who told me I cannot cancel on the phone. After some anger she told me I could call corporate and they would let me cancel. I call corporate just to find myself on hold for 20 minutes once again. The woman allows me to cancel but says I will still be charged for next month and charged a maintenance fee of 30 dollars that is apparently charged every year. After some arguing I ask for a supervisor. When I am transfered to a supervisor it rings over and over until I get a voicemail saying the supervisor is not available and I can leave a message. The voicemail then informs me that the mailbox is full and I may not leave a message. Then it hangs up on me.Bottom line: If you want any kind of customer service you should find another gym.
