I had occasion to stay at the Hampton Inn - Tunnel Rd, and thought I would order pizza from this Domino's on the same road. At time of order (3:25 PM), wait was projected to be 55 - 65 minutes. Pizza arrived at 4:55 PM, pizza was cold, and drinks and salad was warm. Ordered four 20 oz. Diet Cokes, received two Diet Cokes and one 20 oz. Sprite; driver said manager said they were 'out' of Diet Cokes, so manager substituted one Sprite; how does one equal two? and why wouldn't they call to let me know and see what I wanted to do? driver 'forgot' drinks on first trip to room, had me sign for order and gave tip, then went back and returned with incorrect drinks; driver said they could issue me credit to use next time I ordered from them; told them I was not from area (thus, the hotel), and would like drink delivered on next trip; driver said he would bring me two drinks; never saw or heard from them again; filed online complaint with dominos.com, received e-mail from customer service saying store would contact me; received voice mail during the week stating caller would 'only be at store for another 15-20 minutes', called back within a couple of minutes, rang and rang, never picked up, never went to voice mail; had indicated on online complaint I preferred e-mail; call from same number next day, rang once, then they hung up; e-mailed corporate again, have heard nothing back; 90 minute delivery of cold food and incorrect/missing items is unacceptable, plus unwillingness to correct/address issues;

For lunch I get a couple of slices of pizza with mushrooms and feta. Fabulous!
After ordering , it was finally delivered and hour and 10 minutes later .. pizza was cold . Not the first time it has happened ! Will not order again.
More fun than most mellow mushroom establishments. The ambiance is unique and a great distraction while you wait. Very pleasant staff for the most part. This is a place for the family. Safest bet if you’re downtown Asheville with some kids. Food is always great.
Pizza and beer. What more do you need? Really big covered patio with picnic tables and games. Fun times!
We love the gluten free option if we don't want an evening full of wheat. Also dig the traditional crust. Greek style pizza is the ultimate destination!
Frank's Roman is by far the BEST PIZZA in Asheville. I go here every time I'm in Asheville. The service, atmosphere, and the quality of the pizza makes this a place outstanding.
I have ordered from this pizza place on well more than one occasion and have not had too many problems other then missing toppings once or twice and it being well over an hour late once. This is until this last incidence. I ordered pizza at 7pm and was told it might take a little while because they were busy, understandably, but when I called back over an hour and half later I was told I fell through the cracks and the pizza was in the oven and it would be another 15 minutes, I said ok. I then received a call not even five minutes later stating that it was on it's way. I received the pizza five minutes later completely cold and missing a topping! When I called back to speak wtth a very smug woman manager she was completely rude and laughed as she told me she has had a rough night and could only do what she could do. When I explained calmy that I was just upset at the situation she had no Idea how to speak with customers and was EXTREAMELY RUDE! All she kept saying was what do you want me to do about it repeatedly and would not listen to anything I had to say. Needless to say I will NEVER be doing business with these unprofessional people and unconsiderate business, which is a big loss for them because I ordered from them at least 10 to 15 times a month. Obviously they have no idea how to deal with their business or customers and therefore should either rethink their management or possibly close their doors if they can't handle the business.
I am not a hateful person, however I was very disappointed . The food was VERY visually appealing but just lacked in the flavor dept. The Italian dressing was weaker than soggy white bread. I had to add salt to it to make it palatable. :(. Also the large " house salad " had two slices of cucumber and NO tomatoes or olives or cheese? The entree again was poor in he flavor department. Frank... The devil is in the details!!
So yummy! Everything I've tried is delicious and everyone who works there is always friendly!
The food is so delightful. I also fell in love with the seating arrangements.
