I run into same issues often. can not blame Dr. Cheney though. It's our government insuranes that refuse to cover cost for anything that might actually fix us. initial visits may appear high,. cause ya may not realize the amt of time on you,. As well as a lot of vital lab work & test he has to do. My research lead me to expect he make little to no profit, just covering cost. Just wish I could get to someone who could fix me. Shay M

I have gone here several times because it is convenient, on my way to Asheville to Church. One day I washed my car and had a dirty ban all the way down one side and it took my $10 bill and didn't give me change, which only made my experience worse! To top it off, I called the number on the sign. to get a refund and waited several weeks. NO REFUND. NO REPLY even when I left my phone number and address.I called several MORE TIMES and same thing; NO REFUND - NO RETURN CALL!I say STAY AWAY because if you ever have a major problem - NO LUCK but BAD LUCK HERE! I now go to the laser wash (owned by a different company) on Patton Ave in Asheville and it is supreme and MANNED, so problems are fixed on the spot!
I have no review to make. Because of the price of the initial consultation fee of $7,000-$9,000 according to the website, and the fact that the clinic doesn't accept Medicare or Medicade, I am excluded from help. It's infuriating that those of us who have suffered from CFS, 25 years in my case, don't have access to this much-needed health care. I can only conclude that Dr. Cheney, despite his truly extraordinary credentials, is much more interested in the money to be made rather than helping those of us without the means to pay his fees.
