        Zips damaged my vehicle and will not fix it. Three calls to corporate office and no return calls. Do not use ZIPS!

        Waste of money. Took two vehicles there over the past two weeks and paid $15 for the full wash/wax. There is no water beading on either vehicle in all this rain. No wax whatsoever was applied.
