Overall
Terrible experience, will not return

First off I observed a very crowded, uncomfortable, unpleasant atmosphere. Then food was unappetizing and not really worth eating, I took half of it home to my animals. Then after waiting around for almost three hours and missing the movie we planned to see, the waitress finally brings the check which was over $50 for just 2 people. I will not return.

It's great to have a PF Chang in Asheville. We went to the one in Durham(southpoint) all the time and loved it.

Don't anyone listen to vodka007, sounds like he's had to many anyway! Some people would complain about anything. He's probably just trying to get a free meal. We've had great service and food everytime we've been there, It' a great location and has a great staff.

Overall
Good food ang great service

Our family takes lunch at Chang's every Saturday after swimming at the Y. We have found the service to be excellent and the food choices extensive, very high quality, and fairly priced. We are trying to eat our way through the menu, but so far the steamed sea bass is superb. And the steamed dumplings win the apetizer choices so far.

Ambiance is upscale, and there is no smoking, not even at the bar! In fact, a booth at the bar (for lunch) is one of the best in the house, Enjoy.

PS: if you are an average eater, split the entree or be prepared to take some home.

Overall
good

Bar service was slow to start.. but continued to get much better. Service staff was very nice and good. Food came quite quickly on a fairly busy night. And food was very good for everyone at our table.

Overall
Stay far far away.

By far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I couldn't believe any PF Chang's would have horrible service and nasty food. The server literally cursed at us and was very rude. She forgot to bring the sauces and spices when asked, and gave an attitude each time I had to remind her. Food and soup were cold, it tasted like the food had been sitting out for a long time before we got it. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.
