Most EXCELLENT team

I had an unexpected family emergency yesterday and was in desperate need of a new car. Mi chose Kia because of their warranty and great ratings online. I had some challenged credit, due to a layoff a few years ago. I needed a new car with no money down and I needed it now.

Tim Cousins was my sales rep. I explained my situation and he went right to work for me. Within an hour or so he called me and said come and get my new car. They got me financed, found the car I wanted, and had it delivered to the dealership within 24 hours. Now I know that this may be normal things that they do for everyone, but you know it made my day and it helped my family out tremendously.

The finance manager was excellent. Went over eventing in detail and ensured that I knew what the rates were on the loan. It was a high interest rate, as expected, but they still got me a loaded Kia Rio5, 2012, and payments in my price range. The finance manger also showed me how to get the interest down on the loan in February when I get my annual bonus. With this information I can lower my payment by almost $200 and drop my interest over 10 pts.

The team here is excellent and I will do business with them again, and I highly recommend that you do the same.

How honest are you?

My husband and I bought a brand new Kia Rio in 2007.As the years went by our family grew and we soon realized we needed something bigger.While out shopping for a bigger car we found what suited our needs.The car dealership we were at did the usual inspection,when they came back with the result's of the inspection on the Rio my husband and I could not believe our ear's.We were informed that our brand new Rio we had bought had been repainted!Needless to say what that did to the trade-in value!Thank you Kia of Ashville for being so dishonest!I hope you don't treat all of your customer's this way.I hope anyone who does business with you check's out just how honest you are with your customer's before they make the mistake of buying from you!No more Kia's for this family!
