Overall
Poor service, incredibly bland food...

We went there for a birthday celebration. We were sat promptly, greeted quickly but then forgotten about soon thereafter. Once we finally placed our drink order, the server took an incredibly long time with everything else. Our food order took a LONG time.
Once we finally get our apps, which were great, the food comes and much to my chagrin (and most of my party) all the food was incredibly bland. The venison was just down right boring. The balsamic reduction did not in anyway accent the tasteless meet, not did the fennel. The pork with sausage plate was also very bland. Two dishes were the saving grace of the night: the beef tenderloin medallions (good but not great) and the lamb shank, which I didn't try but the 1 person who got it was pleased.

Long story short, the menu sounds and looks great. The service stinks, the food is totally boring (we had better food at Scully's 1 hour later) and the quality does not meet the price point. I am truly unhappy about having dropped $160 on food that was worse than the bar food I got 3 blocks away. Save your money. Go to Savoy, Scully's or the Jerusalem Garden Cafe.
