        About 3 weeks ago my Dr ordered 0'2 equipment to be set up in my home. The next day I was admitted for two weeks in the hospital. When I got home I could not recall how 1 of the 3 machines worked. Called and ask if delivery tech would call me. Did not receive call but in 30 min. tech was at my door. It seemed as if it was not a job or work for Ron but a mission to help hurting folks.. G Roberts

        Been trying to get my supplies for 2 months now, final got someone to send them and they are wrong. So frustrated with them !! Have talked to several people and get different reasons as to why things are not happening , and that's if you get someone on the phone. Have waited 45 min. on hold and still not one answers.

        Customer Service Is Awful

        My husband had a CPAP machine with this company. After using the machine for three weeks my hisband needed to change out his mask to something that would better fit his face and make his machine work better. After eleven calls in a week and a half I had to change companies!! That is awful...why are you working in health care if you are not willing to help your patients. I will not recommend this company to anyone!
