A womens fashions resale store like you have never seen before.

General Info
We buy new and gently used womens, misses, plus size, petite and maternity clothing size 0-26. No appointment is necessary as we work on a first come first service basis and buy 7 days a week. We ask that you bring your freshly laundered items into the store in some sort of container, tote or bag. We assess the condition and style of each item and pay cash on the spot for items we are interested in. We stay current with items that have been in stores within the last 2 years. We sale items for 70% off of retail prices and you get 30% of what we price your items at. We pay 50% on all authenticated designer handbags that we price at $75+.

Prices are good; clothing is organized by size and color. The staff I met seemed to have a "meh" attitude. I asked for use of their public restroom and was told they didn't have one. I'm pretty sure businesses of over 1,000 sq. feet, by law, must provide restrooms for customers. I purchased some jewelry and will visit again but suggest they improve in the customer service area. Perhaps it was just an off day for staff (it is inventory time) but Asheville is known for its Southern hospitality and this experience did not live up to my expectations. Nonetheless, I'll give the store a second chance.

I love going to Clothes Mentor on my lunch breaks. The staff is super helpful, the prices are great, and the store is clean and organized by size and color! It's like the polite, clean version of Plato's closet.

Im a professional seller. I have made $1239.70 selling 317 pieces on 17 visits, with each piece averaging $3.91. They claim to offer 30-40% cash for what they will sell each piece for. When I ask the clerk what she is selling an ítem for and what she is paying me, the % was 28-31%. One terrible customer service experience with the manager reduced my review from THREE stars to TWO.
