Carmen! Carmen! Salon in the Asheville Mall Belk

Salon is full of great stylists and they always take care of their clientele. I have only sat in the chair of 'Z', a young and incredibly talented stylist who is always very helpful with styling tips and techniques, and is very personable.

I have to be honest: the price...

I have to be honest: the prices are unbeatable and the selection is great. However, the staff needs serious customer service training, particularly the junior's department. They do not greet customers, instead, they stare into outer space and talk on the phone. You may want to take your purchases to the lingerie department, because the clerks there are much nicer. Case in point, I just purchased several shirts from here and the moron who rang me up removed part of the security sensors but left the SHARP pins that secure them on ALL of my shirts. Seriously? These people need to be in a job that does not involve much work or skill.
