Uber driver here, They came in less time then estimated. Both partners we're polite and understanding. Towing was Less than 3/4 of a mile and gave me a little break.

This company is undeniably crooked and they take advantage of socially and economically disadvantaged populations to make money. They have a route that they follow to tow people parked in their own apartment complexes and charge them outrageous amounts of money to retrieve their cars. They are greedy and make their money by stealing from people who are barely scraping by. Please boycott this business and their workers to prevent them from further taking advantage of the Asheville community.

Ripoff! Charging too much. They are out of there mind to charge $195 for 5 miles distance. I'm disappointed to come in to contact with them.
