Overall

My car broke down while traveling. Thanks to AAA we got a free tow to the center. It turned out to be a pretty big repair. Called my mechanic back home and talked to him and he told me Carolinas AAA was actually quoting me a lower price than his estimate was showing! Work was done quickly and they were excellent at communicating with me. I have NO complaints whatsoever and am glad if I had to break down out of town, I was able to use them.

Overall

Service was adequate. The charges were quite excessive and were not explained before the work was completed. I think 35.00 is excessive and unnecessary to replace a headlight.

Please respond with an explanation, should anyone actually read my comments.
