Visited dealer about 2PM today. Seriously interested in 2018 Highlander to replace my 2010. None in showroom. No one around finally a receptionist asked my need. Told her my need. Said she had paged a salesman. Said Highlander’s were way out side. I went toward the supply. Saw several gentlemen together chatting. Made my round of Highlanders. Never saw a salesman. Looked over inventory. Got a general idea of availability. Will be going to Georgia Mall where I purchased ,y present auto and receive some attention and deal.
Fabulous showroom, plenty of staff, but less than stellar selection of some models. They will, however, work to get you the model you want.Sales: Nick- great to work with, attentive to interests.Sales Management: Joshua- tough negotiator, listens and responds.Financial: Sharla- organized and efficient, makes things clear.Overall, this dealership is far better than many others in the area.
had a wonderful experience with salesman John Miller. He was a professional from start to finish. Not real thrilled with finance manager Tony. Would buy again simply because John was such a joy. Great guy!!
My truck has been in their service department 11 months. I use this truck for work. The truck has some kind of engine problem. The mechanic has given up on the repair. He replaced lots of parts but did not fix the problem AND my truck is not driveable. They are charging me $3000 for not fixing my truck and keeping it for 11 months. It is the same if not worse than when I brought it in. The managements decision to bill me is UNBELIEVABLE! After the fact I see many negative reviews on other sites concerning their service department. Ironically, the mechanic that worked on my truck is one of their best mechanics and management keeps jumping him from one vehicle to another. As a very small business owner, I could not take 11 months on a "project" and then bill the customer without any results to show. Customer service did not keep me updated. I had to stop by and go in shop to speak to the mechanic.
You can't go wrong buying a used car from David and Betty Farlow at David's Motors, 96 N Leicester Hwy, Asheville, NC. These are honest people who ensure that any car they sell is in good working order and worth every dime of the asking price. We have a Saturn car we got from them a couple of years back that still runs very well. You owe it to yourself to at least check them out next time you are in the market for a good used car!
I had a blast picking out my newest 4 wheel addition. Mr Sumner was terrific to work with. I appreciate all the help, and will continue to recommend their new car services.
I recently purchased a new FJ Cruiser from Jim Barkley Toyota. I have wanted a FJ Cruiser for some time and had my eye on the exact one I purchased for a while. In purchasing the Cruiser, I felt that I received a fair trade in value for my Tundra and paid a fair price for the FJ. It was what i expected because I had purchased my used Sequoia from this dealership last year. They gave me a fair trade price and purchase price then and I feel like they did so again on my recent purchase of the FJ. Everyone in the new car department was very helpful and friendly. Lori sold me the FJ and was great to deal with. The finance person Kathy was very friendly and explained all of the paperwork to me. One of the other sales managers Eric took time to show me how how everything worked on the FJ because Lori was tied up with another client. It seems to me that the staff at this dealership work very well together as a team. I would recommend this dealership because of the great experience I had there.
Really am disappointed, hurt and angry at the moment. Usually, I do not say anything publicly negative about a specific someone (other than elections! lol) However, warning, DO NOT buy anything from Keith Rhodes on Smokey Park Highway. Talks good, typical salesman though. Sold our loan to another Company and it has been a night mare! He didn't keep good records, now the Ace Car something or the other, is calling everyone that Keith had the numbers to and by his records, we are supposedly nearly $600 behind and 37 days late. Thank goodness we paid with checks so we have record. He doesn't even had the audacity to give us a call back! Am going to fax all to whomever they are and try to get this fixed. Not to mention, can you believe 29% interest?! ugh! Gotta get that thing paid off! Say NO to KEITH RHODES on Smokey Park Hwy!
I had an unexpected family emergency yesterday and was in desperate need of a new car. Mi chose Kia because of their warranty and great ratings online. I had some challenged credit, due to a layoff a few years ago. I needed a new car with no money down and I needed it now.Tim Cousins was my sales rep. I explained my situation and he went right to work for me. Within an hour or so he called me and said come and get my new car. They got me financed, found the car I wanted, and had it delivered to the dealership within 24 hours. Now I know that this may be normal things that they do for everyone, but you know it made my day and it helped my family out tremendously. The finance manager was excellent. Went over eventing in detail and ensured that I knew what the rates were on the loan. It was a high interest rate, as expected, but they still got me a loaded Kia Rio5, 2012, and payments in my price range. The finance manger also showed me how to get the interest down on the loan in February when I get my annual bonus. With this information I can lower my payment by almost $200 and drop my interest over 10 pts.The team here is excellent and I will do business with them again, and I highly recommend that you do the same.Chris Lowe - new Kia owner
