VERY DISAPPOINTEDI have been taken my daughter for 9 years and I every time I had to wait more than 20 minutes to been seen. Yesterday after arriving 10 minutes late for the first time of course they did not want to see my daughter for her physical because of their 10 min late policy. But I want a doctor to see her in the after 5 p. m. clinic they have, but the receptionist said according with their policy a patient that is late for her appointment she can not been seen the same day. I asked her to show me the policy in written but they could not, because they did not have it!!! of course I asked to talk with a doctor and she said nobody could talk with me after telling her I was not going to leave until I could talk with a doctor finally Dr, Grant went to the reception and talked with me and she gave me the same excuse that the receptionist gave me. I explained to the doctor that my daughter had a very bad headache for one week and she said she could not do nothing that I needed to go back another day or make an appointment or going to the urgent care . The doctor and the staff was very unprofessional and I am very disappointed because I could notice they DO NOT CARE FOR THE PATIENTS they just care for the money they can make. How sad it is that just with a cold heart Dr. COLBY GRANT acted in front of this situation. Definitely I am looking for another clinic where doctors and staff care for their patients. A couple of doctors like Dr.Fogleman and Dr. Khon I feel they still care.

I'm very Disappointed in my health experience with the Hospital I was visitng my grand babies from Asheville NC I live in Charlotte NC I felt very sick with stomach pains I went to the emergency room Memorial Mission Hospital to seek treatment while I was there they did not inform me that there will be a 4 to 3 hour wait I had to here it from some of the patients that was trying to seek treatment. So I left went back to the emergency room the next day at 2:00am I was there Until 12:00Pm They treated my like crap, I though this was one of the best Hospital in western North Carolina,I will tell anybody not to go to that Hospital because you treat folks like there nothing, I came back home to Charlotte and went prestrya emergency room and they seen me right away they ask me did I need a hot Blanket they even gave me a pair of sock to put on my feet so I didn't have to walk on that cold floor. Now that's what I call taking care of your patients.
OMG 111 AVOID THEM 111 DO NOT USE !!!!!! I had the worse experience . Lazy employees wasting my time. Long wait times, rude service no insurance, no worries they hang up on you. No service after the sale .. Do yourself a favor find a reliable company to work for. BTW the good posts on here are from their sales dept. their friends and employees !! Very bad !!!
Horrible/creepy place of business and the offices of the care salesperson also gave me the creeps. They constantly push products on me but haven't serviced my equipment in 5 years even when I asked them to. I disliked them from the beginning but procrastinated finding another option til now.
Worst place I have been to and I was here only a few times. William A. Bryan missed my large cyst that was thinning my bone in the upper arm, despite telling him I had pain in that area. He also could not hear my murmur. I had an echocardiogram at Wake Forest University that showed 3 leaky valves and heart disease shortly after seeing him, yet somehow this doctor completely missed this with his stethoscope. I am appalled.
Our mobile scooter works great and they made it easy to get. I was discouraged with other healthcare companies but these guys did a great job.
