I shopped the internet to find the best price on a set of 5 Panasonic cordless phones. Ordered from Best Buy b/c of free shipping and b/c we'd save about $10 over the local Sam's Club and save me a trip to town... right? ... W-R-O-N-G !! Turned out we made a trip to Sam's anyway, then got a text Best Buy cancelled my order for phones. The only reason I could see was it said that tax had been updated. SAY WHAT?? So I ended up dragging my 96 yr old WWII Veteran dad out to Sam's again to buy the same phones. I'll never order from Best Buy again. I've also refused to drive 23 miles to the nearest store all along anyway. What LOSERS!! DID I SAY LOSERS ?? Give me a break!
They're done in our lives. This is very simple for the simpletons. We wanted an appliance. I confirmed they had it in stock and could've placed the order online but we've never trusted them so ... I had the price, the item was available and I drove to the store to place the order.-- 15/20 mins. later (as I promised the rep.) I was in the store. The item, however, was suddenly not available for well over a week. They lied and tried to cover it up or they're just incompetent.I'm NEVER walking in there again. When you've been discovered in a web of incompetency or lies, your business is dead to us. Stay away from them.
I have shopped with Musician's Workshop for nearly 20 years and have my guitar serviced in their shop. They have always been excellent. I recently purchased a Taylor guitar after several visits to their shop. The friendly staff was always very knowledgeable and helpful. They knew the guitars inside and out and I am very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend them.
