I had an unexpected family emergency yesterday and was in desperate need of a new car. Mi chose Kia because of their warranty and great ratings online. I had some challenged credit, due to a layoff a few years ago. I needed a new car with no money down and I needed it now. Tim Cousins was my sales rep. I explained my situation and he went right to work for me. Within an hour or so he called me and said come and get my new car. They got me financed, found the car I wanted, and had it delivered to the dealership within 24 hours. Now I know that this may be normal things that they do for everyone, but you know it made my day and it helped my family out tremendously. The finance manager was excellent. Went over eventing in detail and ensured that I knew what the rates were on the loan. It was a high interest rate, as expected, but they still got me a loaded Kia Rio5, 2012, and payments in my price range. The finance manger also showed me how to get the interest down on the loan in February when I get my annual bonus. With this information I can lower my payment by almost $200 and drop my interest over 10 pts. I recently purchased a new FJ Cruiser from Jim Barkley Toyota. I have wanted a FJ Cruiser for some time and had my eye on the exact one I purchased for a while. In purchasing the Cruiser, I felt that I received a fair trade in value for my Tundra and paid a fair price for the FJ. It was what i expected because I had purchased my used Sequoia from this dealership last year. They gave me a fair trade price and purchase price then and I feel like they did so again on my recent purchase of the FJ. Everyone in the new car department was very helpful and friendly. Lori sold me the FJ and was great to deal with. The finance person Kathy was very friendly and explained all of the paperwork to me. One of the other sales managers Eric took time to show me how how everything worked on the FJ because Lori was tied up with another client. It seems to me that the staff at this dealership work very well together as a team. I would recommend this dealership because of the great experience I had there.
The folks at Honda/Acura Service have worked on all our Hondas and my Acura Integra. They are unfailingly friendly and helpful. They have pointed out things I need to have done, but also whether they are urgent or can wait. They keep track of my vehicles and can pull up info on all the service that I have ever had done on a particular car. Their office is clean and comfortable and the garage bays are spotless (as spotless as a garage can be :-). The other plus is that they can do all the service that would be done at the local Honda dealer but it averages about 30% cheaper - based on the ones that I checked in the last year for my Pilot. I have had all the warranty services done for my last two Pilots. This is the closest you can get to a dealership service center with the feel of a much more honest home town business. Not as cheap as some fly-by-night hole in the wall garage, but these guys are in it for the long haul. Highly recommended.
Our reliable Chevy van coasted to the side of the road after 70,000 miles near Asheville, NC this week. I was at home in Indiana. But my wife and kids were on the road preparing to enter the Smokey mountains. Fortunately, Asheville Chevrolet was not far away. She checked in at 8am. In spite of having a full shop and being VERY BUSY, they worked her into the schedule and had the van diagnosed and repaired by 4pm. They could have taken us for a ride, but only fixed exactly what was needed. The family made it home safe and I am very grateful for their service. I can say much about this dealership, but I will simply want to convey the most important point: You can TRUST Asheville Chevrolet. Thank you, folks.
I would recommend the professionals at Honda service center to service anyones car in need of repair! The facility is clean and ran in an orderly precise manner! The owner/ manager in the parts department is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Honda / Acura issues! Being a master ASE certified technician and multiple troubleshoot diagnostic champion winner! He only expects the same from his employees . So feel at rest taking your vehicle to these guys! It's more than just a repair shop it's a commitment to excellence!
These folks are really good!! They are very friendly, both on the phone and in the shop. Their facility is very clean and you can easily tell that they run an efficient operation. The thing that impressed me most was the fact that they really put you at ease about your ailing car and project a confidence that they can get it fixed right. I felt very good about them from the first time that I talked to them on the phone. Their prices are very reasonable! I will certainly go back when needed.
I was assisted by Gerald Rich in buying a 2011 Camry. He was so knowledgable. M. Rich also treated me with respect which doesn't always happen when you are a female. He never assumed i needed to get my husband to help me. There was no pressure to buy. It was the first time I ever had fun buying a car! And Tish in finance was very pleasant. I will absolute recommend this dealership.
There is nothing like having a mechanic that you trust. These guys took good care of me, fixing all of my car issues quickly and professionally. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and they came in way under what I had budgeted to get everything fixed. Everyone was friendly, on the phone and in person. I'll keep going back as long as I own my Honda.
I am completely clueless when it comes to finding car batteries and the guys here were so polite and helped me get a new battery for my car and even replaced it for me right in the parking lot! Definitely will be coming back here if I need anything else for my car!
The muffler fell off my car a few weeks ago the guys at Exhaust Specialty welded the muffler back on for no charge, which I only get paid every two weeks this was so nice of them to do that! I plan on getting the whole system fix and I will be going back to them!
