Beware the parking lies. All signs state $10.00 for first three hours. Irritated by new parking charges since Omni took over, but figured part goes to charity, so go with it. there about and hour, pay with a $20, got $5.00 back. Used call for help button, told to come back up to customer service. No, because there is a line backed up a mile long of folks coming to check in. Told to wait where I was, someone coming. 10 minutes--called on phone to hotel. "Someone is coming soon." 30 minutes, security shows up who knows nothing, "you need to leave", No, I was told to wait here. Eventually,(after being threatened by security and bus driver) manager shows up. First info from him--you need to go up to customer service. Once again, no, I have to be somewhere in 30 minutes. After continued threats, manager suddenly changes story to "we charge $15.00 at certain times due to high volumes at hotel." FIRST time I have been told this. Stop on the way out and ask attendant at parking garage entrance about cost. "$15.00 for garage, $10.00 for lot parking."Everything is about money since Omni took over. Planning to meet with whomever is in charge, but don't expect to get anything other than more lies. Last time I go to buy an expensive gift certificate for Spa......
We love this B&B! We have been 3 times over the years. The innkeepers are super nice and very informative. Always a good night sleep. The front porch is great! Children must be 10 or older, though.
My daughter and grandaughter came to your hotel tonight to spend the night as a mother and daughters night out only to be told she couldn't stay at your hotel because they lived here I think that is very wrong and we will never stay at a Ramada inn again and to give you a rating I don't think you deserve one.
Very impressed. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated and had great amenities. A bonus were the hot breakfasts and tasty dinners that were served for the guests with no charge! The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
The worst service and the worst food, but don't even think about telling the manager your concerns, because he will just yell at you. The menu items always get more expensive, but shrink in size. The first time I ate there, there was a 95 cent taco special. The tacos were in HUGE shells with lots of beans and fresh grated cheese (Im vegetarian, but if I had I eaten meat, Im sure it would have been just as stuffed). The next time I ate there, the 95 cent special was over, but I didn't mind, because the regular price as only 1.29. Totally worth it. Again, I got the same huge bean and cheese tacos. But the 3rd time I went there, the menu said they were $1.59 and when I got my tacos, they were in MUCH smaller shells with only a very thin layer of beans, weird looking cheese, and brown wilted shredded lettuce. I tried to tell the manager that this isnt what I ordered the last 2 times I was there and he yelled at me like I was crazy insisting they were exactly the same.I am not an idiot. I eat out a a lot and I go back to the places I like. What I got on night 3 was NOT what I got on night 1 and 2. He was probably trying to cut costs, because maybe business isn't good (it does always seem like I am the only customer in there).Anyway, most professional managers would at least listen to you and offer to make you something else or give you a discount or a coupon like starbucks does when they mess up your coffee, but this guy just yells at you and insults your intelligence and common sense.I HIGHLY recommend you DON'T go here!
I paid $95 for a room here and it may have been worth half that. The cable to the TV was wedged in to place with tape. After about five minutes, I got a signal.A very outdated and worn out motel. Would not recommend.Asheville. You have an overrated opinion of your worth. Drop the prices or improve the quality.
