My truck has been in their service department 11 months. I use this truck for work. The truck has some kind of engine problem. The mechanic has given up on the repair. He replaced lots of parts but did not fix the problem AND my truck is not driveable. They are charging me $3000 for not fixing my truck and keeping it for 11 months. It is the same if not worse than when I brought it in. The managements decision to bill me is UNBELIEVABLE! After the fact I see many negative reviews on other sites concerning their service department. Ironically, the mechanic that worked on my truck is one of their best mechanics and management keeps jumping him from one vehicle to another. As a very small business owner, I could not take 11 months on a "project" and then bill the customer without any results to show. Customer service did not keep me updated. I had to stop by and go in shop to speak to the mechanic.
Elite Limo has always given us awesome service. I own a hair Salon and whenever asked by brides whom to use for exotic cars for picture day, get away transportation or trolley and bus service this company has been recommended and proved awesome. Cudo's to John and Marcelle
We used Elite for our daughter's wedding in Asheville on Sept. 5, 2015. We were delighted with their service. They met our 3-P expectations: prompt, polite and professional. I spoke with John several times. He was most helpful and followed our written agenda to the letter. Their driver was very accommodating and helped to make this day truly special for the happy couple. Do NOT use this company!!! We got married in Asheville on June 7th and paid for a school bus to take guests to and from the wedding, and also for a Rolls Royce for me and my husband's send-off car. A week before the wedding, we needed to simply change the order of pick-up hotels taking guests to the wedding...it was like pulling teeth trying to get hold of someone that could help us out. Multiple emails and back-and-forth calls. We had to ask for written confirmation when we finally talked with someone on the phone (who was very short during the whole conversation). Well low and behold, the new pick-up order we discussed and had written confirmation of was not followed on the wedding day! Very annoying but luckily no guests were left behind. The Rolls Royce was a surprise to me from my husband, so I was looking forward to seeing what the car would be all night. The car was supposed to be there at 10:30. Waiting...waiting...we did the send-off walk 3 times! We tried calling Elite but no answer. We had the school bus driver (taking guests back to hotel) wait with us in case we had to just take the bus. He finally got a hold of the Rolls Royce driver who was 'on the way'. By now it was 10:50, and he wouldn't say where 'on the way' was exactly. At 11pm my husband and I said F*** IT! and just rolled out in the school bus. The only star will be toward the bus driver, who was very nice and apologetic about the situation, he was clearly embarrassed for this company. He probably was never even given the updated hotel pick up schedule.When we emailed the next day to ask for our money back, the owner said the car had broken down and that's why it didn't come (then why was it 'on the way' the whole time?) He said he would refund for the car, but offered ZERO apology. Such a big moment for a wedding and he could not care less. No one called to give us an update or offer a substitute car, and the fact that no apology was given was COMPLETELY unacceptable. Don't let your event or wedding be ruined over this horrible company!
You can't go wrong buying a used car from David and Betty Farlow at David's Motors, 96 N Leicester Hwy, Asheville, NC. These are honest people who ensure that any car they sell is in good working order and worth every dime of the asking price. We have a Saturn car we got from them a couple of years back that still runs very well. You owe it to yourself to at least check them out next time you are in the market for a good used car!

I recently purchased a new FJ Cruiser from Jim Barkley Toyota. I have wanted a FJ Cruiser for some time and had my eye on the exact one I purchased for a while. In purchasing the Cruiser, I felt that I received a fair trade in value for my Tundra and paid a fair price for the FJ. It was what i expected because I had purchased my used Sequoia from this dealership last year. They gave me a fair trade price and purchase price then and I feel like they did so again on my recent purchase of the FJ. Everyone in the new car department was very helpful and friendly. Lori sold me the FJ and was great to deal with. The finance person Kathy was very friendly and explained all of the paperwork to me. One of the other sales managers Eric took time to show me how how everything worked on the FJ because Lori was tied up with another client. It seems to me that the staff at this dealership work very well together as a team. I would recommend this dealership because of the great experience I had there.
Really am disappointed, hurt and angry at the moment. Usually, I do not say anything publicly negative about a specific someone (other than elections! lol) However, warning, DO NOT buy anything from Keith Rhodes on Smokey Park Highway. Talks good, typical salesman though. Sold our loan to another Company and it has been a night mare! He didn't keep good records, now the Ace Car something or the other, is calling everyone that Keith had the numbers to and by his records, we are supposedly nearly $600 behind and 37 days late. Thank goodness we paid with checks so we have record. He doesn't even had the audacity to give us a call back! Am going to fax all to whomever they are and try to get this fixed. Not to mention, can you believe 29% interest?! ugh! Gotta get that thing paid off! Say NO to KEITH RHODES on Smokey Park Hwy!
