        My family has been going there for years, but now it seems as if the service has gone downhill due to the fact that they don't feel that they have to give my family good customer service. I call to ask about an update on glasses coming in from two weeks ago, but they don't feel that they have to call me back. I am looking for a new eye doctor soon.
