        Overall

        Dementia Patient has been robbed of medical supplies and personal property by an Horizon Care employee. Someone has answered the telephone to stop me from filing a complaint. Beware of being subjected to be defrauded,Blackmail, extorted and conspiracy. These acts was committed @ the employees home residence and not @ the facility. However this uniformed employee appears to represent the Nursing Home.
