UCHealth Emergency Room - Arvada

Remarkable experience on a Sunday afternoon. Staff was extremely attentive, sensitive, and effective with diagnosis, medication, and followup instructions. The facility was exceptionally clean; there was no wait. I wish I could go there for all my yearly exams. Very impressed and satisfied with their high level of care.

STAY AWAY!!! had a headache and a high blood pressure in May. Spent 2,5hours at the facility got 2IVs, blood, urine tests and night blood pressure medicine. Got two bills $,7,800 in total where doctor charge is $1,600 for 10 mins he spent with me. CE reps told me that there is nothing they can help me with to lower the charge and I will need to pay my bill. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE GO TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!

Went into First Choice after being stuck in the waiting room at another ER forever! I was greeted by friendly staff at the front window and taken back right away. My experience here was amazing. Dr. Fallon was able to diagnose me right away and I was out of the facility in less than an hour. Recommend this place to everyone! If you have to go to an ER and pay the ER price why not at least go somewhere were you actually feel valued. Will visit again if another emergency ever occurs!

Rip Offs They overcharge and then when your on a payment plan they just out of the blue report you late to the credit bureau without any notification they are going to do so. Cut throat and predatory. Your far better off to go to a regular hospital.

DO NOT GO HERE. They will run up the bill with Tests and none of it will be covered by insurance.

OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES!!! More than $1,500 for a simple ear infection! My daughter wasn't even there for 15 minutes, $1,1,00 for the facility and $400 for the physician, no tests, nothing, all they did was take her temperature and look inside her ear! I almost passed out when I opened the bill! You are better off just going to the regular ER or the Nextcare up the street. STAY AWAY!!! The bill will make you sick!
