Thank you Cellular Exchange for helping me get a new/used phone at a really great price .... I will recommend Cellular Exchange to everyone i know plus this place has been here for over 13 YEARS !!!! Ya that says a lot in itself ... Thanks again and i will always come back for my cell phone needs !!!!
the worker's there are really nice I bought a galaxy phone and the sim card slot was messed up I just took it in and they replaced it for me for free I would definitely tell my family and friends about cellular exchange they have good deals and lots of phones to chose from I am definitely gonna come back and buy a phone for my daughter!!! :-) :-) :-)
These guys are great, they were the best value for a cracked screen repair when I needed one. 2 months later when I dropped my phone and the screen was unresponsive, they took a look and got it working again, FOR FREE! Even though it was MY FAULT. Highly recommend for any mobile phone needs!
Great service. I bought several phones here in the past 4 years and they actually repaired a few phones for me that I broke before. I bought a galaxy Note3 from sprint then 3 months after having it I dropped it out of my truck and shattered the screen. Sprint wanted $700 to get another one that's crazy. I went to Cellular Exchange and they can repair it for only $200 which would save me a lot of money. Cant afford to repair it now that Christmas is coming but this a great place when you cant afford buying a new cell phone
I got a Samsung galaxy S2 from Cellular Exchange 5 years ago and it was still working good but I wanted to upgrade to a newer phone about a year ago so I traded in my phone and got the galaxy S4 Active and changed service because my Tmobile service was horrible. Now my service is the best its ever been and my internet is faster than my laptop. I also took my wife's phone in there when she cracked the screen and that same day it was repaired and saved me a good amount of money instead of buying another phone. I would highly recommend this place
I've been buying cell phones from Cellular Exchange for several years. Prices here are less than half the price of buying a new phone. They sell refurbished phones and they also fixed 3 of my phones we had broken by dropping them which is saving me a ton of money and the phones worked perfect still to this day. Now keep in mind these are refurbished phones so they are not brand new that's why you can buy them ALOT cheaper than buying a new one. All there phones still have a warranty which they honored on all my phones. There are 5 of us in our householdthis is a GREAT place to buy from and saved me alot of money over the past 4 years. Forgot to mention they even pay cash for used phones and broken ones too. Never seen another cell phone store help me out with so many different things. Two thumbs up
Charged $25 for looking at my phone knowing it didn't boot up, but said they could still do diagnostic on it; reliable stores do free diagnostic. While waiting asked to see iphone 5s and 4s to compare. They didn't have a 5s, but the salesman did show me his personal iphone 5. After I left and came back to pick up my phone, they tried to sell me a phone, using the $25 towards its purchase. When I told them I wanted an iphone 5s again, they said they didn't have any, then paused for a moment and said wait a minute. After five minutes they came out of the back room and showed me an iphone 5 which showed considerable use and looked familiar. It sure looked like the salesman's phone without his case and a clean screen wrap on it. Tried to tell me there was no difference between the 5 and 5s which is baloney. The 5s has a better camera, flash, camcorder, processor, system chip and talk time among others. Had a sense about this place when I came in and this confirmed it. Phones were overpriced and their "fees" were there to fleece the people.
