They bought Rucks, who I use to deal with and had no problem. This time ordering K1 was a nightmare. They gave me 20 gallons more than I agreed to and charged me for it. When I called they said there was nothing they could do, so I accepted it. Then a few weeks later I get an email saying that they turned my account for that 20 gallons to collections!! I told them I had paid, they said they had refunded the amount back to my card (without telling me) but now need the money! I told them to charge it back and they said, "you know we can't do that" (VERY RUDE!). I will never deal with them again.

Provided by SuperpagesWe inquired on being a new customer and was turned away because they are not taking on anymore customers as they are too busy. If you are looking for a new supllier, don't bother. You think they would update their webpage indicating this.
