Waited 20 min because only associate on duty in sporting goods did not know how to help me purchase a deer tag using my son's MDC temp hunter education certificate. Only other associate was at lunch. This young man was very polite but the store should never leave an employee that's not fully trained alone to run the department
I called the Manager last week because I ordered 2 cakes for 2 kids birthday parties we combined into one. BOTH cakes arrived messed up. I sent my husband to the store while I was preparing/decorating and he didn't check, typical male behavior, but it would have been too late to do anything else seeing how we only picked them up 1 hour before the party. Anyway, the expensive 2 tier cake was falling apart in 3 places (the top tier has two pieces that were sliding off each other, the bottom tier has two pieces that were sliding off each other, and it was sliding off where the pieces were joined also. I was transferred back and forth from store manager to bakery manager, nobody resolved the situation. I was supposed to receive a call back of someone else "of importance" and 9 days later have still heard nothing! I called again today and the manager assured me that I would not be sold 2 messed up cakes. He assured me that they perform quality checks before every cake leaves the store. Too bad these were not the only issues and NOBODY checked these cakes (unless they were complete morons or blind) The spray painted ribbon on the 2 tier cake was crooked on the bottom and top tier and they over-sprayed it!!! What was supposed to be zebra ribbon is a huge black glob. Also, I ordered a 1/4 sheet cake for my son, and both sides were smashed in :) Awesome, huh? What happened to that quality check?? I have to take pictures in tonight and argue some more but doubt I will get anywhere. I'll be calling corporate if they refuse to cooperate! :)
this is my favorite location though it is smaller than fenton walmart the staff is much nicer.
