This pharmacy is horrible! My husband had complications with his gall bladder surgery that caused him to be in severe pain even after he was discharged. He was prescribed #90 count 7.5 oxycodone. The night we got it, he was in so much pain that he didn't pay close attention when he opened the bag and bottle, he just took 2 pills and layed down. The next morning however, he made a comment saying that it didn't look like enough pills in the bottle, so he counted them. There were 32 pills missing!! No one else lives with us, nor had access to the pills so I went to the pharmacy for an explanation. The tech informed me that "they don't make mistakes" they triple count the pills, circle and initial the quantity. Guess what? His bottle had NO initials. No matter who I spoke with, how high I went in management - it didn't matter. They did nothing!

I cannot belive how I have been treated at the Arnold Walgreens Pharmcy off of Richardson & Vogel. First off I want to be known that I understand what controlled substances are, but I constantly ask myself how do pharmacist actullay presume to know what is best for yourself or loved one over what your physician has prescribed.
I'm a young married woman who has on three seperate occasion's attempted to fill my husbands medications at the Arnold , Walgreens.
The first time I was told that the charges were over $100 dollars, when I drop the scripts off I explained that this is a workman comp. case, so no charges should apply, my husbands case worker, than called the pharmacy to resolve the situation. Unfortunately this happend on a Friday, so my husband was forced to suffer through the weekend until Monday.
Keep in mind this is happening all after a foot surgery, cast from toe to knee (crutches)& a injury to my husband back (two ruptured, bulging disc next to the sciatic nerve) that accured at work.
The second time I attempted to get my husband medications, giving the pharmacy a second chance. They did the exact same thing, attempting to charge us, again case worker goes the extra mile, calls again to the pharmacy. It does not stop there they left a medication out, because my husband had ""too many pain medications"" according to the pharmacist & the pharmacist technician who told me this as I was in line with who knows who was listening behind me. My husband is prescribe different pain medications in low doses & in minimal quanties, 5 to 10 mg, 3 to 5 pills.
The thrid time & I knew also the last time I attempted to go to this pharmacy for my husband, was for a sleeping medication, because my husband has been suffering with such servere pain, he has been unable to sleep. So the same physician prescribed the other medication's, prescribed a sleeping med. as well. Apparently the pharmacist was uncomfortable with this medication for my husband & once again I was sent away without my husbands medication. So the same night I came home to again tell my husband that I was rejected his med's again, he informed me that our dog ran out the front door and was hit by a car & died. Keep in mind my husband and I have no children, and our dog was like a child to us.
So in three months, I had to go the walgreens, in Arnold a total of 9 times to recieve my husbands medications. In all 9 times they tried to charge me for the medications, that are under a workman comp. claim.
In all this time of driving back and forth I could have been spending precious time with my family.
I would not recomend the Arnold, Walgreens off of Richardson & Vogel to my worst enemy.
I did not want to give a star rating, should be no stars.
