I have never written a review on anything, but I STRONGLY recommend you try going somewhere else for a car! I cannot speak for all the locations, but Arnold has the WORST customer service skills I've ever seen! I have been with them for 4 years and they have been very rude, untrustworthy and they do not care to keep their customers pleased! Having a car note with Insta Credit has been a long, stressful relationship for me! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I wouldn't necessarily recommend the Arnold location. Im pretty sure they don't have a gm, i've asked to talk to him, and they always have me talking to a sales manager. I would try the other locations before hitting up this one, but IN GENERAL, my experience turned satisfactory

Paying nineteen thousand for a car that I have not been able to get legal in a year came with no warranty a nice man named Steve Roger's was their gm and was trying to help but is no longer there and they are running this business with no GM one of their own workers told me ninety percent of cars there have check engine light on and even told me how to reset won't reset keep buying parts to pass emmisions now transmission is out

I have to say honestly, when I needed a car because mine had been taken due to serious financial issues, they were the only place who helped me. I walked in there with very poor credit, a copy of my pay stub, a utility bill and they financed me right on the spot.

They sold me my car as is with no warranty, but then took care of every problem I had with my car for the first three months without charging me anything. My car has some cosmetic issues, but it actually runs great and I've had it for over 2 years.

Insta credit automart is with out adoubt the biggest waste of time and money the cars are junk and there system is horrible. If your considering getting a car from them don't simply get a box and throw some wheels on it cause youll have better luck with that and wont pay 11000 over blue book value
