This place is great for men haircuts and styles, I do my business with krystal and she is great, very nice people
The stylist who did my hair had severe comprehension issues and wrecked my hair. Its crooked, uneven, and 6inches shorter than I wantes. She was aggressive ants rude. I paid money to be bullied, cry, and feel ugly. Do not come here!
I love Celeslie's!! The atmosphere is very relaxing and I feel right at home. All of the stylists are friendly and knowledgeable. Jamie is my stylist and she always gives me all the time I need and makes me look great! I have used their spa services, too. All of the spa services are top notch!!
Chris, a stylist at Adam & Eaves is a horror. CHRIS messed up my hair. The haircut was uneven in NUMEROUS PLACES. I could notice it, and I'm not even a hair stylist. I'd asked for a color, stating that I WAS NOT READY TO GO GRAY. Chris applied a darker color which was pretty close to my natural color, but did not color my roots. I couldn't tell how badly the gray was showing in the front. It was wet and my bangs styled forward. At home, I lifted my bangs and I looked like a skunk! I checked my cut and it was NOT even. When he cut my bangs, I'd asked for it to be blended in with the top of my hair. He said that I must be growing that out. He cut it the last time, and noticed that it wasn't blended. It was better than what I ended up with that day! I went to another salon to see if my cut could be corrected. The stylist said that it looked like I had a month of regrowth. She recut my hair, and said that I had "points everywhere". She said that I should demand a refund from Chris. I returned to see Chris, explaining my dissatisfaction. He just kept repeating, "I gave you what you asked for." I reminded him that I said I was NOT READY TO GO GRAY, so why did I have all of this? The cut was messed up too." He REFUSED to give me even a partial refund. I told him that my daughter and I wouldn't be back. He said "OK". I told him to enjoy the money, and he shot back with, "I WILL!". I walked out the door and said, "Enjoy the tip!". He shot back with, "OH, I WILL!!" I've only had complaints with 2 other salons in my life. In those cases, I received a redo, or a refund. A stylist should make it clear what they recommend, and get your OK. He DID NOT mention that he was leaving my gray roots showing. Why would I ask for dark color to be applied over my blonde hair, and expect my very gray roots to show? To look like a skunk? Don't waste your money and hair to this "stylist." You'll regret it. He doesn't care to be polite OR keep his clients.
Krystal always knows exactly what I'm trying to describe and does exactly what I want! She is seriously the best hairdresser that I have ever been to and I will be a forever client! I have also been gifted an amazing massage with Angie and I can't wait to get another! O'daisy never dissappoints!
I'm going to keep the warning up untill my hair grows back in enough to get a new cut to make this one a memory. If you want to get a good haircut, STAY AWAY FROM O DAISEY'S HAIR SALON IN ARNOLD, MO. At Richardson Rd. and 55. For those of you who missed my post last week, let me tell the story again. I showed up for my appointment on Tuesday night and was rescheduled for Thursday because the stylist had been over booked and wanted to leave early. She tried to get one of the other girls to cut my hair but they were all busy. I was ok with coming in 2 days later to see Krystal since she had cut my hair once before and had success outside of having to correct my neck line. Which was correctable. So I show up for my rescheduled appointment and again am interupting a more profitable client and this time was shifted to an employee of hers who quite possibly gave me the worst haircut in my life. I know I am the least happy with it over any other hair cut I have ever recieved. The old saying that the difference between a good hair cut and a Bad one is only 2 weeks will unfortunately not apply to this one. I will update you all again next week and every week until I can get it looking right again through a different salon.
My family and I go to this salon for our hair cuts. They are very reasonable and take competitors coupons which is a plus! I am overall happy w/ the hair cuts we receive.
If you asked me about this salon before 2/8/2016 I would have had nothing but great things to say. After this horrific appointment and dealing with the manager Jamie I would not recommend anyone to this salon. Jamie has been extremely unprofessional and I gave the salon several chances to mend this, the never once responded so here I am typing a 1000 word review. It seems to me that if I had thrown a temper tantrum in the salon I would have received a refund, being an adult I thought that would have been highly inappropriate. This salon and Jamie have caused me months of stress; I have not taken my hair out of a ponytail for close to 2 months now. A salon I once used to adore spending time at has tainted my opinion forever. I have never in my life experienced someone in a managerial position so harsh, downright rude that forced me into tears on several occasions.
My friend went to your place today to get a hair cut and she had a picture of what she wanted. They showed your girl the picture and instead of doing what the CLIENT wants, the employee showed picture of a completely different gender hairstyle and did that. My friend is now very sad and wont leave the house unless they have a hat on. So, thats why I'm rating it a one star.
This is a great place for hair and nails. Very nice, clean and great customer service. Stylist make sure you are comfortable and take the time to ensure you get the best hair cut and nails. Get it all done at one place... hair, pedi, mani and acrylic or gell nails.
